Bodi Envi and Calibrate side by side on what each publishes: price, what it includes, medications listed, named pharmacies, LegitScript and cancellation terms.

## The short answer

Bodi Envi and Calibrate publish two different kinds of price. As of September 2026, Calibrate's pricing page lists its Metabolic Reset at $199 a month, with an initial three month commitment that brings the total to $597 paid in monthly installments, and says lab tests and prescription medications are not included in that fee; the medications it lists are brand name GLP-1 products such as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Foundayo® or Zepbound®, with the page saying it works with commercial insurance to get them covered. Bodi Envi's Plans page lists personalized compounded semaglutide from $125 to $155 a month and personalized compounded tirzepatide from $175 to $229 a month depending on the term, with medication included when a licensed provider prescribes it and no insurance involved. Calibrate's pricing page does not list a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide product. The rest of this piece sets out each published fact with the page it comes from, all read on September 22, 2026, and draws no conclusion about which is better.

## Published price

Bodi Envi's Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi's llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

Calibrate's pricing page carries one figure: start your Metabolic Reset for $199 a month, with a footnote that an initial three month commitment is required, which the page says brings the total commitment cost to $597 paid in monthly installments of $199. The page's FAQ says that after the three month commitment the membership renews one month at a time and can be cancelled at any time. The same page says the cost of the program is not covered by insurance but is HSA and FSA eligible.

The two figures are not for the same thing. Calibrate's $199 is a program fee that excludes medication; Bodi Envi's monthly figure includes the medication when it is prescribed. A reader comparing totals needs to add whatever the medication costs under their own insurance to Calibrate's figure, and Calibrate's page gives its own expectation for that, quoted in the next section.

## What the published price includes

Calibrate's pricing page lists what the Metabolic Reset includes: a 20 minute video clinician visit including lab work review, ongoing access to your medical and support teams, support navigating medication insurance coverage, one to one video coaching sessions, a curriculum focused on food, exercise, sleep and emotional health, tracking tools in the Calibrate app, and a welcome kit with a personalized smart scale. Under prescription GLP-1 medication it says the copay with insurance is affordable, that Calibrate navigates insurance on the member's behalf, and that GLP-1s for most members with commercial insurance should be $25 a month or less after any deductible is met. Its footnote is explicit: lab tests and prescription medications are not included in the membership cost, and Calibrate works with commercial or employer insurance to get them covered.

Bodi Envi's Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one. Bodi Envi does not publish coaching sessions, a curriculum or a scale.

## Medications offered

Calibrate's pricing page describes its medication as clinician prescribed GLP-1 medication like Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Foundayo® or Zepbound®. These are FDA-approved brand name products, and the page frames access to them through the member's commercial insurance. The pricing page, the cancellation policy and the cancellation FAQ, read on September 22, 2026, do not list a personalized compounded semaglutide or personalized compounded tirzepatide product, so this piece compares Calibrate's brand name offer with Bodi Envi's compounded one rather than assuming a like for like product exists.

Bodi Envi's llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It does not list brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer applies to everything in that list: compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

## Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Bodi Envi's llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, and names Wasef Health, PC as the clinical organization. Calibrate's pricing page and cancellation pages do not name a pharmacy. That is consistent with a model where a brand name prescription is filled under the member's own insurance, but the row is recorded as not published because no page read for this piece names one.

## LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker page showed a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi's llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Calibrate's pricing page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list for a reader who wants to run the check.

## Published cancellation terms

Calibrate's Cancellation Policy, last updated May 17, 2024, says the program is non-refundable except as the policy describes. If you want to cancel in the 72 hours after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of membership fees you paid. If Calibrate or its providers find you ineligible, the membership is terminated without the initial term being required, and fees already paid are not refunded. In all other cases membership fees are non-refundable, although after the initial term you may cancel your monthly membership at any time. To cancel, the policy says you must notify Calibrate 7 calendar days before your next billing cycle, and the cancellation takes effect as of the next billing date after the initial term. The policy also describes a results based promise with its own criteria and a separate page; the figures in it are not repeated here. The policy does not apply to members who signed up through an employer. Calibrate's FAQ on the same subject says to email membership@joincalibrate.com to cancel.

Bodi Envi's cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient's expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

## Who might look at each

Someone who has commercial insurance that covers a brand name GLP-1 and wants a program built around insurance navigation, video coaching and lab review will find those items on Calibrate's pricing page, with medication billed through their plan. Someone who wants a self pay price that already includes a compounded medication, with no insurance involved and the same price at every dose, will find that on Bodi Envi's Plans page. Someone who is weighing a commitment should note that Calibrate publishes a three month initial term, and that Bodi Envi's prepaid plans are paid once for their whole term with refund terms set by its refund policy.

## How to switch

To leave Calibrate, the documented route is the email in its FAQ, membership@joincalibrate.com, sent at least 7 calendar days before the billing date you want to be your last, with the cancellation taking effect after the initial term. The [Calibrate cancellation guide](/blog/how-to-cancel-calibrate) on this site walks through that page by page. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The [Plans page](/pricing) has the current prices and the [refund policy](/refund-policy) has the terms quoted above.

This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company's own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
