Bodi Envi and Ro Body side by side on what each publishes: the Ro membership plans, brand name medication prices, what is included and cancellation terms.

## The short answer

Ro's weight loss pricing page describes the Ro Body Program as two separate charges: a membership, and the medication at what Ro calls the lowest cash pay prices for FDA-approved products. As of September 2026, the membership is $39 for the first month and then $74 a month on a twelve month plan prepaid annually, $89 a month on six months, $99 a month on three months, or $149 on a monthly plan; the medication is priced by product and dose, starting at $149 a month for the Wegovy® pill and the Foundayo™ pill, $199 for the Wegovy® pen and $299 for the Zepbound® KwikPen®. The page prices brand name products only; Ro's terms say members may be prescribed compounded medication during national drug shortages, but no compounded product is priced. Bodi Envi's Plans page publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with the medication included when prescribed and no membership fee. Everything below is from the two companies' own pages, read on September 22, 2026, and no verdict is drawn.

## Published price

Bodi Envi's Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi's llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

Ro's pricing page is headed two separate charges. Under membership pricing it lists the first month at $39, with a note that the $39 is refunded if you are not eligible for GLP-1s, and four ongoing plans: $74 a month on a twelve month plan prepaid annually, $89 a month on a six month plan prepaid every six months, $99 a month on a three month plan prepaid every three months, and $149 a month billed monthly. Under medication pricing it lists starting cash pay prices with the list price struck through: the Wegovy® pill from $149 a month against a $1,349 list price, the Foundayo™ pill from $149 against $649, the Wegovy® pen from $199 against $1,349, and the Zepbound® KwikPen® from $299 against $1,087, with each product's higher doses priced higher on its own detail panel. The page says cash pay prices match LillyDirect®, NovoCare® and a federal cash pay program, and offers a free insurance check for Ozempic®, Wegovy® and Zepbound® pens. Its FAQ repeats that the membership fee does not include the medication and that you are charged the membership only if eligible.

Adding Ro's lowest ongoing membership figure to its lowest medication figure gives $223 a month on an annual prepaid membership; that sum is this piece's arithmetic on Ro's own numbers, not a figure Ro publishes.

## What the published price includes

Ro's pricing page answers What is included in the Ro Body membership: access to GLP-1 medication, a personalized treatment plan, a dedicated insurance concierge, ongoing provider support with one to one messaging, regular check-ins, coaching, and lab testing if necessary, and the cost of medication is not included. Each plan card lists access to FDA-approved GLP-1s, on demand provider support, and side effect management and dose adjustments. Ro's terms add that after the twenty fourth medical consult in a year each further consult is $15, and that additional laboratory tests are charged by test.

Bodi Envi's Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.

## Medications offered

Ro's pricing page and menu list the Wegovy® pill, the Wegovy® pen, the Foundayo™ pill, the Zepbound® KwikPen®, Zepbound®, Ozempic® and Saxenda®. The page prices no compounded product. Ro's Terms of Use, in the Ro Body Program section, say members may be prescribed compounded medication during national drug shortages, that Ro Body is cash pay only and does not accept insurance, and that personalized compounded semaglutide is not covered by insurance. This piece therefore records Ro's published offer as brand name products, with compounded medication a possibility the terms reserve for shortages.

Bodi Envi's llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

## Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Bodi Envi's llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. Ro's pricing page and the Ro Body Program section of its terms do not name a pharmacy; the returns page refers to the filling of a prescription without naming who fills it. The row reads not published.

## LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi's llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Ro's pricing page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.

## Published cancellation terms

Ro's Terms of Use say that if medication is never prescribed you are refunded your purchase price and not enrolled in the automatically renewing membership, and that once paid the Ro Body Membership Fee is non-refundable. To cancel, the terms say to log into your account, click into the Ro Body Program and select Cancel Subscription from the Program Details page, or email the care team, and that to avoid further charges you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. A cancellation made in time means the membership does not renew and no further fee is charged, and services continue through the last day of the paid billing cycle, after which you are no longer eligible for membership services including prescriptions. Ro's help center article, read for the batch B cancellation guide, describes the same control as Plan and then Cancel Plan on the Ro Body Program card at my.ro.co. Ro's Returns and Refunds page says it cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products and that all sales are final, with a contact route for a filling error.

Bodi Envi's cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient's expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

## Who might look at each

Someone who wants an FDA-approved brand name product in pill or pen form, with a cash price per dose published beside the list price and an insurance check for the pens, will find that on Ro's pricing page, with a membership on top. Someone who wants a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide program with one published figure that includes the medication, and a paid once total for a prepaid term, will find that on Bodi Envi's Plans page. Someone weighing a first month should note Ro's $39 start with its refund if not eligible, and Bodi Envi's refund policy with its window tied to the provider review.

## How to switch

To leave Ro, its terms give Cancel Subscription on the Program Details page or an email to the care team, at least 48 hours before the renewal date. The [Ro Body cancellation guide](/blog/how-to-cancel-ro-body) on this site walks through both routes. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The [Plans page](/pricing) has the current prices and the [refund policy](/refund-policy) has the terms quoted above.

This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company's own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
