## The short answer

Sesame's weight loss program, which its page calls Success by Sesame, is a subscription to provider care with the medication bought separately, and the medications it prices are FDA-approved brand name products. As of September 2026, the subscription is as low as $59 a month on a twelve month commitment and $99 month to month, with six and three month plans in between, and the page says the fee does not include medication. Its cash pay medication prices start at $149 a month for the Wegovy® pill and Foundayo™, $199 for the Wegovy® pen for a new patient's first two months, and $299 for the Zepbound® KwikPen®, rising by dose. No personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is on the page. Bodi Envi's Plans page publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with the medication included when prescribed and no subscription fee. ## Published price

Bodi Envi's Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi's llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

Sesame's program page states the subscription two ways. Its header says ongoing video visits, dedicated provider care, labs and messaging for as low as $59 a month, with a footnote that the figure is based on a twelve month commitment. Its FAQ on subscription options says the month to month plan is $99 a month, the three month plan is billed every three months and saves $60 per three months, the six month plan is billed every six months and saves $180 per six months, and the annual plan saves $480 a year against the monthly plan. The FAQ adds that providers on Sesame set their own prices, so some may offer the service at a higher price.

Medication is priced separately and the page says the subscription does not include it. Its cash pay table lists the Wegovy® pill at $149 a month for the 1.5 mg and 4 mg doses and $299 for the 9 mg and 25 mg doses; the Zepbound® KwikPen® at $299 for 2.5 mg, $398 for 5 mg, $499 for 7.5 mg and $698 for 10 mg to 15 mg; the Wegovy® pen at $199 a month for the first two months for new Wegovy® patients and then $349; and Foundayo™ at $149 for 0.8 mg, $199 for 2.5 mg, $299 for 5.5 mg and 9 mg, and $349 for 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg. Each product also shows a price with insurance of as low as $25 a month, which depends on the plan. Sesame's Wegovy® page repeats the $349 standard self pay price after the introductory period and gives Ozempic® at $349 for doses up to 1 mg and $499 for 2 mg.

## What the published price includes

Sesame's FAQ says the Success by Sesame subscription includes telehealth visits, unlimited messaging and ongoing clinical care from a provider of your choice, and the page's feature list adds that labs are included. It says the program is available regardless of insurance status, that Sesame does not bill health insurance for the program, and that insurance may cover the medication, with the provider handling prior authorization paperwork. If medication is prescribed, the page says it can be picked up at your preferred local pharmacy or delivered to your home.

Bodi Envi's Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.

## Medications offered

Sesame's program page prices the Wegovy® pill, the Zepbound® KwikPen®, the Wegovy® pen and Foundayo™, and lists a Zepbound® vial. Its FAQ names FDA-approved weight loss medications, Wegovy® and Zepbound®, and diabetes medications that may cause weight loss, Ozempic®, Mounjaro® and Rybelsus®. The word compounded does not appear in the page's product list, and no personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is priced, so this piece records Sesame's published offer as brand name only.

Bodi Envi's llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

## Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Bodi Envi's llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. Sesame's page says a prescription can be picked up at your preferred local pharmacy or delivered, and its Wegovy® page says the prescription can be filled at an online or local pharmacy of your choice; no pharmacy is named. The row reads not published.

## LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi's llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Sesame's program page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.

## Published cancellation terms

Sesame's program page carries its weight loss refund policy inside the FAQ. It says that if you sign up for the weight loss program and cancel at least 3 hours before your initial visit start time, you receive a full refund, and that no refund is issued for the first month if the initial visit has occurred. It says you can self cancel your subscription at any point, that to avoid future charges the cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle starts, and that fees paid for previous months are not refundable. The policy notes it is subject to change and directs questions to Sesame's support. The page does not describe the screen where the self cancel control sits, so this piece does not either.

Bodi Envi's cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient's expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

## Who might look at each

Someone who wants an FDA-approved brand name product, wants to choose a specific provider, and wants labs inside the subscription with the medication bought at their own pharmacy or through insurance will find that structure on Sesame's page. Someone who wants a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide program with one published figure that includes the medication, and a paid once total for a prepaid term, will find that on Bodi Envi's Plans page. Someone comparing monthly cost should add Sesame's subscription to its medication price, since the page lists them separately.

## How to switch

To leave Sesame, its FAQ says you can self cancel the subscription at any time, before the next billing cycle starts. There is no Sesame cancellation guide on this site, so its FAQ is the reference.
