Bodi Envi and Trimi side by side on what each publishes: annual and no commitment prices, what is included, named pharmacies and cancellation terms.

## The short answer

Trimi and Bodi Envi are the two most alike companies in this comparison series on what they publish: both sell personalized compounded semaglutide and personalized compounded tirzepatide at a self pay price that includes the medication when prescribed, both name the pharmacies that fill their prescriptions, and both publish a lower monthly figure for a longer commitment. As of September 2026, Trimi's homepage lists personalized compounded semaglutide at $99 a month on a twelve month commitment billed as $1,188 up front, or $175 a month with no commitment, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $125 a month on a twelve month commitment billed as $1,500, or $235 a month with no commitment. Bodi Envi's Plans page lists personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $2,100, with three and six month terms between. Trimi publishes two terms per medication; Bodi Envi publishes four. Trimi's cancellation terms turn on whether a prescription has been issued; Bodi Envi's turn on a window after the provider review. Everything here is from the two companies' own pages, read on September 22, 2026, and no verdict is drawn.

Trimi is a trademark of its owner.

## Published price

Bodi Envi's Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi's llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

Trimi's homepage lists two options per medication. Tirzepatide is $125 a month, described as $1,500 billed up front on a twelve month commitment, or $235 a month with no commitment. Semaglutide is $99 a month, described as $1,188 billed up front on a twelve month commitment, or $175 a month with no commitment. The FAQ on the same page repeats the annual figures and describes both as twelve month commitments, and says payment is taken at checkout before the provider review, with a full refund if the provider finds treatment not appropriate.

Read side by side, the twelve month totals are $1,188 at Trimi and $1,500 at Bodi Envi for personalized compounded semaglutide, and $1,500 at Trimi and $2,100 at Bodi Envi for personalized compounded tirzepatide; the monthly figures with no prepayment are $175 at Trimi and $155 at Bodi Envi for semaglutide, and $235 at Trimi and $229 at Bodi Envi for tirzepatide. Those are the companies' own published numbers placed together, and neither page publishes a price for a term the other offers.

## What the published price includes

Trimi's plan cards say each plan includes medication if prescribed, licensed provider care and ongoing support, and free overnight shipping once compounded; the tirzepatide card summarizes this as medication, supplies, provider care and shipping included. Its FAQ answer on the annual plan lists prescribed medication, provider care, ongoing support and shipping once the medication is compounded.

Bodi Envi's Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one. Trimi's page lists supplies and Bodi Envi's does not; Bodi Envi's lists provider messaging through a portal and Trimi's describes ongoing support and a care team.

## Medications offered

Trimi's homepage lists two treatments, personalized compounded tirzepatide and personalized compounded semaglutide, and says compounded medications are not FDA-approved and that the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. No brand name product and no other treatment is listed on the page.

Bodi Envi's llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

## Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Both companies name their pharmacies. Bodi Envi's llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. Trimi's homepage, under licensed pharmacy partners, says compounded prescriptions are prepared by BelieveRx and GreenwichRx, which it describes as state licensed 503A pharmacies, and its FAQ says a partner pharmacy prepares the medication once prescribed.

## LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi's llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Trimi's homepage does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.

## Published cancellation terms

Trimi's Refund and Cancellation Policy sets one cutoff: whether a clinician has issued your prescription. Before that moment, the policy says, you can cancel at any time for a full refund with no fees. After it, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, whether the medication is being compounded, has been compounded or has shipped, because a compounded medication is prepared for one patient and cannot be returned or restocked. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, the policy says the refund is automatic and covers the consultation fee, the medication fee and any plan deposit. A damaged or missing package should be reported in the 24 hours after the delivery scan for a replacement or refund. The policy says Trimi does not pro rate, so ending a three month plan in month two returns nothing for month three but month three is not charged, and that multi month plans bought at a discount are reviewed case by case for an early exit. It also describes a six month money back promise on plan fees, with conditions that include six continuous months on the plan, logged weights and a claim in the 30 days after the six month mark; the promise is described here as existing, and its conditions are on the policy page.

Bodi Envi's cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient's expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

## Who might look at each

Someone who is ready to commit to twelve months and wants the lowest published monthly figure for either compounded medication will find Trimi's annual plans are lower than Bodi Envi's twelve month plans on the two companies' own pages. Someone who wants a three or six month term, which Trimi does not publish, or a monthly price without prepayment, where Bodi Envi's published figures are lower, will find those on Bodi Envi's Plans page. Someone who wants supplies listed in the price will find that on Trimi's page. Someone weighing what happens after a prescription is written should read both cancellation sections above, since Trimi's terms make the order final at that point and Bodi Envi's open a short window with a fee.

## How to switch

To leave Trimi, its policy gives a full refund only before a prescription is issued, and a case by case review for a discounted multi month plan; requests go through its contact page or patient portal with the order details it lists. There is no Trimi cancellation guide on this site, so its policy is the reference. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The [Plans page](/pricing) has the current prices and the [refund policy](/refund-policy) has the terms quoted above.

This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company's own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
