The published cancellation terms of 17 GLP-1 telehealth and weight loss programs and Bodi Envi in one table: how to cancel, the cutoff and refunds.

## What this table is

This piece puts the published cancellation terms of seventeen GLP-1 telehealth and weight loss programs beside Bodi Envi's in one table, with three things for each: how the company's own pages say to cancel, the cutoff or notice they publish, and what they say about refunds. Every cell comes from the page in the sources list, read on September 22, 2026, and a cell reads not published when that company's pages do not state the term. Nothing here rates any program; it records what each one has written down. The [comparison pieces](/blog/category/comparison) on this site cover each program's prices and medications the same way, and the [cancellation guides](/blog/category/cancellation) walk through twelve of these programs step by step.

Amble Health, Belle, Calibrate, Eden, Found, Henry Meds, Hims, Ivim, Lemonaid, MEDVi, Noom, PlushCare, Pomegranate, Ro, Sesame, Trimi and WeightWatchers are trademarks of their respective owners.

## How to cancel: three patterns

The first column sorts into three patterns. Twelve programs describe a control inside the account. Eden names Account Settings, then Membership, then Cancel Membership. Found names a Cancel Membership link on the Account Details page. Hims names Subscriptions, then Manage subscription, then a control that turns off auto-renew on the medication or the membership, and its notes say turning off the medication alone leaves the membership charging. Ivim names the Subscriptions tab in My Account, available once the program's final payment is made. Noom names Settings and Manage Subscription in the app and a Cancel Subscription button in its Subscription Portal. Pomegranate names Manage Subscriptions on the Profile page and a Cancel Plan button. Ro names Cancel Subscription on the Program Details page. The other five, Henry Meds, Lemonaid, Sesame, WeightWatchers and Bodi Envi, name the account, portal or a page link without describing the screen; Bodi Envi's patient portal cancel control is in addition to the written email route below.

Five programs give a contact route as the documented path: Amble Health, Belle and Calibrate an email address, MEDVi an email address or a portal chat, and PlushCare a request to contact it. Trimi describes no control, because its cutoff is the moment a clinician issues the prescription. Bodi Envi's cancellation policy also names a written email request, to info@bodienvi.com.

## Cutoffs and notice periods

Eight programs publish a number. Amble Health's terms ask for notice at least 15 days before the next billing date, once its three month minimum commitment has concluded. Calibrate's cancellation policy asks for notice 7 calendar days before the next billing cycle, and says a cancellation takes effect after the initial three month term. MEDVi asks for the request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Eden, Lemonaid and Ro each ask for at least 48 hours before the renewal or refill date, and Found's refund policy recommends the same 48 hours because renewal payments are non-refundable. Bodi Envi sends patients their own renewal notice 48 hours ahead of the charge. Pomegranate asks for at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The rest publish a rule without a number: cancel before the next billing cycle or renewal at Noom, Sesame and PlushCare, or at any time at Hims and Henry Meds, where a multi month balance may still be payable. WeightWatchers sets the effective date by plan type: commitment and pre pay plans end at the end of their period, monthly plans at the end of the membership month. Ivim's program FAQ says cancellation is not available once a program has started, and its help article says the subscription can be ended once the final payment of the program is made.

Most programs say access continues to the end of the paid period after a cancellation; Found is the exception in wording, saying access to providers and medication is suspended as of the cancellation date.

## Refund windows and what is never refunded

Six programs publish a window in which a new sign up can be refunded. Calibrate and MEDVi both publish 72 hours, Calibrate counting from purchase and MEDVi from the start of the term with no services received. Found publishes 3 days from purchase, or any time before the first consultation. Noom publishes 14 days after the first charge for Noom Weight, 7 days for its branded medication program unless a visit has occurred, and for Noom Med a refund only while no prescription has been written. Sesame publishes a full refund if the subscription is cancelled at least 3 hours before the initial visit. Trimi publishes a full refund at any time before a prescription is issued. Bodi Envi does not publish a signup refund window of this kind; its cancellation policy turns on the provider review rather than a count of days.

Several programs publish a refund tied to eligibility or an event rather than time: Eden and Ro refund the $39 first month if no prescription is issued or you are not eligible, Found refunds the membership fee on medical disqualification from all treatment options, MEDVi refunds charges after a provider's disqualification, and Trimi refunds in full if the provider finds treatment not appropriate. Henry Meds publishes a prorated refund for a multi month plan on documented medical discontinuation, and Ivim waives its per portion fee on medical ineligibility. Amble Health refunds in full if a cancellation arrives before a prescription is written, and charges a $100 cancellation fee if the prescription has been written but not yet shipped. Bodi Envi refunds a patient who does not qualify for the program after provider review.

On the medication itself, the answer across the table is uniform. Amble Health, Belle, Eden, Found, Henry Meds, Ivim, PlushCare, Ro and Trimi each say a prescription or compounded product is final once shipped, dispensed or sent to a pharmacy, and Bodi Envi's cancellation policy says dispensed medication is non-refundable once processed or shipped, with no partial refunds on 3, 6 or 12 month plans. Lemonaid says all its fees are non-refundable. Calibrate, Trimi and Eden each describe a results based refund promise with its own criteria; this piece notes that they exist and leaves the conditions to the pages that publish them.

## What is not published

Some cells are honest gaps. Hims' help article gives the steps and the effect of a cancellation but no refund rule, so that cell reads not published. WeightWatchers' cancellation page links a refund policy without restating it, and that policy was not read for this piece. Belle's terms address refunds for shipped products and a route for requests, but publish no window for a new membership. A reader who needs a missing term should ask the company, since nothing here is filled in from memory or from anyone else's summary.

## How to use this

Before signing up for any program, find its three cells above, open the source page and read the current wording, since every one of these documents carries a last updated date and several changed in 2026, then note the cutoff against the renewal date on your account. Bodi Envi's own terms are on its [refund policy](/refund-policy) page and its prices on the [Plans page](/pricing); completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription, and a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.

This comparison is general information, not legal or medical advice. Each company's own pages govern over any summary here.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which programs publish an in-account cancel control?

On the pages read on September 22, 2026, Eden, Found, Henry Meds, Hims, Ivim, Lemonaid, Noom, Pomegranate, Ro, Sesame and WeightWatchers each describe a control inside the account, app or portal, and Bodi Envi's patient portal also carries an in-account cancel feature. Belle, Calibrate, MEDVi and Amble Health give an email address, MEDVi also a portal chat, PlushCare says to contact it, and Trimi's cutoff is the prescription rather than a control.

### Which programs publish a notice period before a renewal?

Amble Health publishes 15 days, Calibrate publishes 7 calendar days, MEDVi at least 72 hours, and Eden, Lemonaid and Ro at least 48 hours before the renewal date, with Found recommending 48 hours. Bodi Envi sends patients a renewal message 48 hours ahead of the charge. Pomegranate publishes at least 24 hours before the period ends. The others say to cancel before the next billing date or renewal without a stated number.

### Which programs publish a refund window after signing up?

Calibrate and MEDVi publish 72 hours after purchase, Found publishes 3 days or before the first consultation, Noom publishes 14 days for Noom Weight and 7 days for its branded medication program, Sesame publishes at least 3 hours before the initial visit, and Trimi publishes a full refund at any time before a prescription is issued. Bodi Envi does not publish a refund window of this kind; its policy turns on the provider review rather than a number of days after signup.

### Do any programs refund the medication itself?

No program in the table publishes a refund for dispensed or shipped medication. Amble Health, Belle, Eden, Found, Henry Meds, Ivim, PlushCare, Ro, Trimi and Bodi Envi each say a prescription or compounded product is final once shipped, dispensed or sent to the pharmacy, and the others say nothing that contradicts that.

### Why does the table say not published for some cells?

A cell reads not published when the company's own pages read for this piece do not state that term. Hims' help article, for example, gives the steps but no refund rule, and WeightWatchers' cancellation page links a refund policy without restating it. Nothing in the table comes from anywhere except the company's own site.

### What are Bodi Envi's published cancellation terms?

Bodi Envi accepts cancellation through the patient portal or by written request to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider has completed the review and issued a prescription, that order cannot be cancelled, though future orders and plans still can be; once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient's expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
