What Calibrate's own FAQ and cancellation policy say about cancelling: the email to use, the notice period, the initial term and what is refundable.

## What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Calibrate membership using only what Calibrate itself publishes: its FAQ entry on the cancellation policy and its Cancellation Policy page, both read on September 22, 2026. Where those pages do not describe a step, this guide says so and gives the general route rather than inventing one. Policies change, so read the linked pages before you act, and treat them as authoritative over any summary here. Calibrate is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

## First, find out how you signed up

How you joined decides where the cancellation happens. Look at the charge on your card or bank statement. If the merchant name is Calibrate, the subscription is billed by Calibrate and the company's own process applies. If the charge comes from Apple or Google, the subscription is billed through an app store, and the store's own cancellation steps apply instead, because a company generally cannot cancel a subscription it does not bill.

Calibrate's FAQ and cancellation policy describe cancellation by email and do not mention app store billing at all. That is not the same as saying it does not exist, so check the statement rather than assuming.

## How to cancel on the web

Calibrate's FAQ page, titled "What is the cancellation policy?", says to email membership@joincalibrate.com to cancel. Neither the FAQ nor the Cancellation Policy page describes a cancel button inside the app or the member account, so the documented path is that email. For general membership questions, the same pages give hello@joincalibrate.com.

Two timing rules from Calibrate's Cancellation Policy matter here. First, the policy says that if you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the company seven calendar days before your next billing cycle. Second, it says that your cancellation will be effective as of the next billing date after the initial term. The FAQ describes that initial commitment as three months, after which the membership renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Put together, that means the email needs to arrive at least seven calendar days before the billing date you want to be your last, and a cancellation sent during the initial term ends the membership when that term ends, not immediately. If you send the email close to a billing date, expect the following cycle to bill.

Write the email so it cannot be misread: the email address on your account, your full name, the words "cancellation request", and the date. Keep a copy.

## How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your Calibrate charges come from Apple or Google, cancel in that store. These steps are Apple's and Google's own, from their support pages read on September 22, 2026.

Apple's support page "Cancel a subscription from Apple" says that on an iPhone or iPad you open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if the button is not visible. On the web, Apple's page says to sign in to your Apple Account page, scroll to the Settings section, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and then Cancel Subscription. Apple adds that if there is no Cancel button, or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled, and that a trial should be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

Google's Play Help page "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play" says that on an Android device you go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer you open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google's page says that after you cancel you keep access for the time you have already paid.

## What Calibrate publishes about refunds and billing

Calibrate's Cancellation Policy opens by stating that its program is non-refundable except as the policy describes. The exceptions it lists are these. If you cancel in the first 72 hours after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the membership fees you paid. If Calibrate, its affiliated practices or its providers deem you ineligible for the program, the policy says Calibrate may terminate the membership and you will not be required to complete the initial term, but you will not receive a refund for fees already paid. The policy also describes a separate results based promise, with criteria set out on its own page, that does not apply to continuing members.

In all other cases, the policy says, membership fees are non-refundable, although you may cancel your monthly membership at any time after the initial term. Refunds, where eligible, go back to the card used for payment after Calibrate confirms eligibility, and the policy states that by accepting a refund you withdraw from the program and end your relationship with its providers.

Two scope notes from the same page: the policy does not apply if you signed up through an employer, and members who purchased before May 17, 2024 are covered by an archived policy that Calibrate links separately.

## How to confirm it went through

Because Calibrate's documented route is email, your evidence is the reply. The policy says Calibrate notifies you whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request; treat the cancellation the same way and keep the reply that acknowledges it. Then check the next billing date after the initial term. If a charge posts after a cancellation sent with the seven day notice, reply to the same thread with the dates.

If you cancelled through Apple or Google, the confirmation is inside the store: Apple's page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google's says your access runs to the end of the paid period without another charge.

## What to consider next

If your Calibrate program included prescription medication, the pharmacy label and the prescribing provider are the right sources on what to do with medication you still have. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi's programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its [Plans page](/pricing). Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.

This guide is general information, not legal or medical advice. Calibrate's pages are the authority on Calibrate's terms.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I cancel Calibrate?

Calibrate's FAQ says to email membership@joincalibrate.com to cancel, and its cancellation policy says you must notify the company seven calendar days before your next billing cycle. No in-account cancel button is described on either page, so email is the documented route.

### Can I cancel Calibrate at any time?

Calibrate's cancellation policy says you can cancel your membership at any time after the initial term, and that the cancellation takes effect as of the next billing date after that term. Its FAQ describes the initial commitment as three months.

### Will I get a refund if I cancel Calibrate?

Calibrate's policy says a full refund of membership fees is available if you cancel in the first 72 hours after your initial purchase, and that in all other cases membership fees are non-refundable, apart from a separate results based promise with its own criteria described on the policy page.

### What if I signed up through my employer?

Calibrate's cancellation policy states that it does not apply to members who signed up through an employer. Those members should follow whatever their employer program publishes instead.

### Does Calibrate bill through the App Store or Google Play?

Neither Calibrate page we read mentions app store billing. If your bank statement shows a charge from Apple or Google rather than from Calibrate, the subscription is managed in that store and cancelled there, using Apple's and Google's own steps.

### How do I know the cancellation went through?

Calibrate's policy says the company responds to a refund request with its decision. For a cancellation, keep the email you sent and the reply, and check that no charge posts on the next billing date after the initial term.
