What Eden's own terms of service say about cancelling: the account settings path, the 48 hour notice before renewal, and which charges it calls refundable.

## What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel an Eden membership using only what Eden publishes. On September 22, 2026, Eden's help center article on cancelling an order was behind a member login and could not be read without an account, so this guide relies on Eden's Terms of Service and Refund Policy, which are public. Read those pages before you act; they are the authority over any summary here. Eden is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

## First, find out how you signed up

Check the merchant name on the charge. If it reads Eden, the subscription is billed by Eden and the process in its terms applies. If the charge comes from Apple or Google, it is an app store subscription and the store's own cancellation steps apply, because a company cannot normally cancel a subscription it does not bill. Eden's terms describe cancellation through the account and through customer support and say nothing about app store billing, so check the statement rather than assuming either way.

Eden's terms also distinguish between the automatically renewing Eden Membership Program and other purchases. The membership section is the one with the specific notice period, so it helps to know which you have.

## How to cancel on the web

Eden's Terms of Service, in the section headed "How to Cancel Your Membership", say you may cancel your Eden Membership at any time in one of two ways: by logging into your Eden account and navigating to Account Settings, then Membership, then Cancel Membership; or by contacting Eden customer support at the address given in the terms. The general cancellation section of the same document says you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support.

The timing rule is in both places. Eden's terms say that to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date, and that cancellations apply to future billing cycles and do not apply to orders already processed or shipped. The terms add that the membership stays active through the last day of the current paid billing period.

So the practical order is: log in, go to Account Settings, open Membership, choose Cancel Membership and complete whatever confirmation follows, and do it more than 48 hours before the renewal date shown on your account. If you cancel by email instead, the terms treat the cancellation as needing confirmation, so keep the reply.

Eden's help center likely holds a step by step article with screen names, but it is not publicly readable, and this guide does not describe screens it has not seen.

## How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your charges come from Apple or Google, cancel in that store using the store's own steps, read from Apple's and Google's support pages on September 22, 2026.

Apple's "Cancel a subscription from Apple" page says that on an iPhone or iPad you open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. On a Mac, the page says to open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, go to the Settings section, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple's page says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Google's "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play" page says that on Android you go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions, and that on a computer you open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google's page says you keep access for the time already paid.

## What Eden publishes about refunds and billing

Eden's terms are direct on this. The section headed "No Refunds" says that because of the regulated nature of prescription medications, all charges are non-refundable, except as the membership section provides for the initial membership fee when no prescription is issued after the intake evaluation, and that returns of prescription products cannot be accepted. The membership section repeats that membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, with two exceptions: if a provider determines treatment is not appropriate and no prescription is issued after the initial intake, the initial membership fee is refunded in full; and if you are charged in error, for example after a timely and confirmed cancellation, Eden refunds on verification. The terms say approved refunds go to the original payment method within 30 days of a verified request, and that Eden does not issue refunds for partial billing periods.

Eden's separate Refund Policy page covers a different situation: treatment that becomes unavailable. It says that if Eden's network pharmacies cannot fulfil a treatment plan because of supply shortages, FDA regulations or other factors outside its control, customers are eligible for a prorated refund calculated on the unshipped portion of a prepaid plan, or may request a credit to switch to another available treatment. The terms note that for members in the membership program, only the medication component of a prepaid amount is subject to that proration.

On billing dates, the terms say the membership renews automatically at the start of each monthly cycle until you cancel, and that any price change is communicated before the next billing cycle. The California disclosure in the same document repeats the 48 hour notice rule.

## How to confirm it went through

Eden's terms use the word "confirmed" for a cancellation, which is the standard to hold it to. After cancelling in Account Settings, look for a confirmation email and check that the Membership area of your account no longer shows a renewal date. If you cancelled by email, keep the reply. Then watch the renewal date: the terms say a timely cancellation means no charge on it, and that a charge posted after a timely and confirmed cancellation is a documented billing error the company refunds on verification, so the confirmation is what you would need.

For an app store subscription, Apple's page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google's says access continues to the end of the paid period without a further charge.

## What to consider next

Eden's own terms recommend consulting your provider before discontinuing any prescribed treatment, and the pharmacy label and prescriber are the right sources on medication you still have. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi's programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its [Plans page](/pricing). Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I cancel Eden?

Eden's terms of service say you can cancel at any time by logging into your Eden account and going to Account Settings, then Membership, then Cancel Membership, or by contacting Eden customer support. Its help center article on cancelling sits behind a member login, so the terms are the public source.

### How far before renewal do I need to cancel Eden?

Eden's terms say that for the Eden Membership Program a cancellation must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, and that cancellations apply to future cycles, not to orders already processed or shipped.

### Does Eden refund membership fees?

Eden's terms say membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, with two published exceptions, a full refund of the initial membership fee when no prescription is issued after the intake evaluation, and a refund after a documented billing error.

### What happens to a prepaid plan if my treatment becomes unavailable?

Eden's refund policy says that if its network pharmacies cannot fulfil a treatment plan for reasons outside its control, customers are eligible for a prorated refund of the unshipped portion of a prepaid plan, or may request a credit to switch to another available treatment.

### Do I keep access after cancelling Eden?

Eden's terms say the membership remains active through the last day of the current paid billing period, after which access to membership services, including provider consultations and prescription renewals, ends.

### What if I subscribed to Eden through an app store?

Eden's terms describe cancellation through the account and through support and do not mention app store billing. If your charge comes from Apple or Google, cancel in that store using Apple's and Google's own steps.
