What Mochi Health's own terms say about cancelling: the cancel subscription control in your account, the phone route, why email does not count, and refunds.

## What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Mochi Health membership using only what Mochi Health publishes: the subscription, cancellation and refund sections of its Terms and Conditions, read on September 22, 2026. Mochi Health's homepage states that members can cancel anytime and points to its full terms for the conditions, and this guide reports those conditions as the terms state them. Read the linked page before you act; it governs over any summary here. Mochi Health is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

## First, find out how you signed up

Mochi Health's terms describe two subscriptions that can run side by side. The first is the paid membership, billed as a monthly subscription fee. The second is a medication subscription, an optional automatic monthly fulfilment of certain medications, billed as medication fees the terms say are collected on behalf of the pharmacy. The two are cancelled in different places and on different timing, as the next section explains, so look at your account and your statement to see which you have.

If a charge comes from Apple or Google rather than Mochi Health, it is an app store subscription and is cancelled in that store. The terms describe the account and the phone only and do not mention app store billing.

## How to cancel on the web or by phone

Mochi Health's terms, in the clause headed "Cancelling your Paid Membership", say you can cancel at any time in one of two ways: by logging into your Mochi account and selecting "cancel subscription", or by contacting the company at (619) 648-1247 and requesting the cancellation over the phone.

The terms then close every other door. They say all requests to cancel must be submitted through one of those two methods, that contacting hello@joinmochi.com is not an acceptable way to request a cancellation, and that requests received by email or any other unlisted method will not be considered valid. An email, in other words, does not stop the billing, whatever reply it gets.

The terms do not describe the screens between logging in and the "cancel subscription" control, and this guide does not either. The practical sequence is: log in, find the subscription or billing area, select cancel subscription and complete the confirmation; or call the number and ask for the cancellation, noting the date and time.

The medication subscription has its own rule. The terms say you may cancel or request a modification to a medication subscription at any time before a refill request is sent to a pharmacy for fulfilment, by selecting "Modify" from the medication page on the site. They add that cancelling the paid membership automatically cancels any active medication subscription that requires an active membership, and that if you cancel a medication subscription and later re-subscribe, the medication fee may not be the same as before.

On timing, the terms say you must cancel before a subscription renews to avoid being charged for the next term, and that cancellation of the paid membership takes effect at the end of the then current subscription term. They do not publish a cutoff counted in hours or days before the renewal date, so this guide does not state one.

## How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your charges come from Apple or Google, cancel in that store. These are Apple's and Google's own steps, from their support pages read on September 22, 2026.

Apple's page "Cancel a subscription from Apple" says: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if the button is not visible. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Google's page "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play" says: on Android, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer, open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google says you keep access for the time you have already paid.

## What Mochi Health publishes about refunds and billing

The Refunds clause of Mochi Health's terms says the company does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, although it may provide refunds case by case at its sole discretion. Any such refund, the terms say, will not exceed the total fee paid in the month preceding the request, and you are not eligible for a discretionary refund of a monthly subscription fee for any month in which you received services from a Mochi provider.

Medication fees are treated separately. The terms say medication fees charged on behalf of a pharmacy are not eligible for a refund, in part or in whole, once the order has been sent to a pharmacy for dispensing. That is why the Modify control on the medication page matters: the terms tie the window for changing or cancelling a refill to the moment the request goes to the pharmacy.

On what happens after cancelling, the terms say you may keep using the paid membership's services until the end of the current term, that the membership will not renew afterwards, and that your account then reverts automatically to a free membership. They also say that if the monthly fee is going to change, the company gives notice of the new amount and the charge date at least 30 days before the transaction, and that you may cancel the transaction through the same two routes if you do not agree.

## How to confirm it went through

If you cancelled in your account, look for a confirmation message or email and check the subscription area afterwards: the terms describe the account reverting to a free membership at the end of the term, so the paid membership should show as ending rather than renewing. If you cancelled by phone, your note of the call is your record; the terms say the phone route is valid, so ask for confirmation while you are on the line. Then check your statement on the renewal date. Because the terms say an emailed request is not valid, do not rely on an email reply as proof that the membership has been cancelled.

For an app store subscription, Apple's page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google's says your access runs to the end of the paid period with no further charge.

## What to consider next

Medication you still have is a question for the prescribing provider and the pharmacy on the label. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi's programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its [Plans page](/pricing). Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
