The three routes Noom's own support pages give for cancelling, in the app, in the Subscription Portal or in an app store, and what its refund policy says.

## What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Noom subscription or trial using only what Noom publishes: its support page "How to Cancel Your Noom Subscription or Trial" and its "Noom Refund Policy" page, both read on September 22, 2026. Noom is one of the few programs whose own page addresses app store subscriptions directly, so this guide can follow it there too. Read the linked pages before you act; they govern over any summary here. Noom is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

## First, find out how you signed up

Noom's cancellation page is built around this question, because it gives a different route for each way of subscribing. If you signed up on Noom's website, the Subscription Portal is where the subscription lives. If you signed up inside the app on your phone, the subscription may be billed by Noom or by your device's app store, and Noom's page says that a subscription bought through an app store is cancelled in that store. The merchant name on your statement settles it: Noom means Noom's own routes; Apple or Google means the store.

Noom's refund policy also distinguishes between programs, Noom Weight, Noom Med and telehealth for branded medications, with different refund windows for each, so know which program you are on before you read the refund section below.

## How to cancel on the web or in the app

Noom's support page gives three methods.

In the Noom app, the page says: open the app and tap your profile picture in the top left, tap Settings, then Manage Subscription, and follow the prompts to cancel.

On the web, the page says: sign in to the Subscription Portal using your Noom login, and on the main page click Cancel Subscription and follow the on screen steps.

Through an app store, the page says: if you subscribed via your device's app store, open the App Store or Google Play Store, locate your Noom subscription and cancel directly from there. The next section gives Apple's and Google's own steps for that.

Two statements on the same page apply whichever route you use. Noom says uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. And Noom says your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle even if you cancel mid cycle, which means cancelling early does not shorten the period you have paid for, and cancelling late does not extend it.

Noom's page does not publish a cutoff counted in hours or days before the renewal date for its own billing, so this guide does not state one. For a trial, Apple's page, quoted below, gives its own rule.

## How to cancel through an app store subscription

Noom's page sends app store subscribers to the store, and these are the store's own steps, from Apple's and Google's support pages read on September 22, 2026.

Apple's page "Cancel a subscription from Apple" says: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if the button is not visible. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled, and that a trial subscription you do not want to renew should be cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Google's page "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play" says: on Android, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer, open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google says that after cancelling you keep access for the time you have already paid.

## What Noom publishes about refunds and billing

Noom's refund policy page sets a window by program. For Noom Weight, it says refunds may be available if requested in the 14 days after your first charge. For Noom Med, it says refunds may be available unless a prescription has already been written. For telehealth for branded medications, it says refunds may be available if requested in the 7 days after your first charge, unless a clinical visit has occurred. Across all of them, the policy says renewal charges are not eligible for refunds.

The cancellation page repeats the first of those: initial subscription or add-on charges may be eligible for a refund if you reach out in the 14 days after purchase.

To request one, the refund policy says to click the chat bubble in the corner of its support page to connect with the support team, and to share the date of the charge and the reason for the request. The policy does not address purchases made through an app store; for those, Apple's "Request a refund" page says to sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose "Request a refund" and a reason, and that eligibility varies by country or region, and Google's subscriptions page says past subscriptions generally cannot be refunded except as its refund policies allow.

On billing dates, Noom's page says the subscription runs to the end of the current billing cycle after a cancellation, so the last charge is the one already made.

## How to confirm it went through

After cancelling in the app or the Subscription Portal, look for a confirmation on screen and by email, then sign back in to the Subscription Portal and check that the subscription shows an end date and no next charge. Noom's page directs further questions to the chat button on its support site or its contact form.

For an app store subscription, Apple's page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message in its Subscriptions list, and Google's says access continues to the end of the paid period with no further charge. Because Noom's page says uninstalling does not cancel, do not treat a deleted app as a cancelled subscription.

## What to consider next

If you were on Noom Med or a telehealth program with medication, the prescribing provider and the pharmacy label are the right sources on what to do with medication you still have. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi's programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its [Plans page](/pricing). Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
