What Ro's own help center and terms say about cancelling the Body Program: the Cancel Plan control at my.ro.co, the 48 hour rule before renewal, and refunds.

## What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Ro Body membership using only what Ro publishes: its help center article "How to cancel a subscription to the Body Program", its help center article on returns and refunds, and the Ro Body Program sections of its Terms of Use, all read on September 22, 2026. The help center pages were read in a browser because they refuse plain fetches. Read the linked pages before you act; they govern over any summary here. Ro and Ro Body are trademarks of their owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

## First, find out how you signed up

Ro's terms describe the Ro Body Program as an automatically renewing membership that begins once medication is prescribed: they say that if medication is never prescribed you are refunded your purchase price and not enrolled, and that if it is prescribed, the membership renews and the payment method is charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. So if you are past a prescription, assume the membership is live and has a renewal date; find it in your account, because the notice rule below is counted from it.

If a charge comes from Apple or Google rather than Ro, it is an app store subscription and is cancelled in the store. Ro's pages describe the account and email only and do not mention app store billing.

## How to cancel on the web

Ro's help center article gives the self serve path in three steps: log in at my.ro.co, click "Plan" on the white card that says Ro Body Program, then select "Cancel Plan", which the article says allows you to cancel. The article adds that if you do not see that option on your account, you should contact the company.

Ro's Terms of Use describe the same control in slightly different words: log into your account, click into the Ro Body Program and select "Cancel Subscription" from the Program Details page. The terms also give a second route, emailing the care team at the address printed in the terms, and they suggest messaging your provider instead if what you want is to switch medications while staying in the program.

The timing rule is in the terms. They say that to avoid further charges to the payment method on file, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your next renewal date. A cancellation made at least 48 hours before renewal, the terms say, means the membership does not renew on that date and no further membership fee is charged; you keep the membership services through the last day of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and after that you are no longer eligible for those services, including prescriptions from your provider.

So the practical sequence is: log in at my.ro.co, open the Ro Body Program card, use Plan and then Cancel Plan, complete whatever confirmation follows, and do it more than 48 hours before the renewal date on your account. If the option is missing, email the care team address from the terms and keep the reply.

## How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your charges come from Apple or Google, cancel there. These are Apple's and Google's own steps, from their support pages read on September 22, 2026.

Apple's page "Cancel a subscription from Apple" says: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if the button is not visible. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Google's page "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play" says: on Android, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer, open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google says you keep access for the time you have already paid.

## What Ro publishes about refunds and billing

Ro's terms say that once paid, the Ro Body membership fee is non-refundable, and that you are charged the fee every month even if you do not use all of the membership services or do not request or receive medication. The general payment section says that, except as a return or refund policy provides, fees and charges are not refundable in whole or in part.

The terms then list the situations in which a refund happens on its own. If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment or a treatment request is rejected after your payment method has been charged, the terms say you are refunded automatically. If a treatment request expires because required onboarding steps were not completed, a charge already taken is refunded automatically. And if you accept an alternative treatment plan your provider suggests, the initial charge is refunded and a new charge is made for the alternative.

On medication, Ro's help center article on returns and refunds says the company cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, that all sales are final, and that you should contact the company if you feel there was an error in filling your prescription. The terms add that for branded products dispensed through a partner pharmacy, refunds and disputes are subject to the dispensing pharmacy's policies.

The terms also say Ro may cancel a membership itself with reasonable notice, and that rejoining may require a new online visit.

## How to confirm it went through

After using Cancel Plan, look for a confirmation on screen and by email, then reopen the Ro Body Program card and check that it no longer shows a renewal date. The terms describe the membership as running to the last day of the paid cycle, so the account should show an end date rather than a next charge. If you cancelled by email, keep the reply. Then check your statement on the renewal date: the terms say a cancellation made at least 48 hours before it produces no further membership fee, so a charge after that is the thing to raise with the care team, with the dates.

For an app store subscription, Apple's page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google's says access continues to the end of the paid period with no further charge.

## What to consider next

Ro's own terms recommend talking to your Ro affiliated healthcare professional before discontinuing treatment, and the prescriber and the pharmacy label are the right sources on medication you still have. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi's programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its [Plans page](/pricing). Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
