What Bodi Envi publishes about its patient portal at patient.bodienvi.com, logging in, messaging your care team, treatment monitoring and cancellation requests.

## What this guide covers

The patient portal is where a Bodi Envi patient reaches their care team after the assessment is done and the medication has arrived. This guide describes it using only what Bodi Envi publishes about it: the login page itself, the How It Works page, the FAQ, the refund policy and the machine readable summary. It does not describe screens, menus or features those pages do not, because this site does not describe what it has not seen published.

Bodi Envi is a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and not a medical practice, pharmacy or medication manufacturer. The care team you reach through the portal are licensed providers, through Wasef Health, PC for applicable programs, who make every clinical decision. This is general information and not medical advice.

## Logging in

The portal lives at patient.bodienvi.com. Its login page asks you to enter the email address for your Bodi Envi account to continue, offers a link for anyone who needs help logging in and a password reset, and links to an explanation of how to get a Bodi Envi account for anyone who does not have one. The page also links to Bodi Envi's terms of service and privacy policy. An account is created through the assessment and program sign-up described in the guide on this site to starting with Bodi Envi, not on the portal itself.

If the login page's own help and reset links do not resolve a problem, Bodi Envi publishes a support phone number and email address on its contact page, and its FAQ names both alongside the portal as ways to reach it.

## Messaging your care team

Messaging is the portal's central published function. Bodi Envi's How It Works page says you can securely message your licensed care team through the patient portal: log in, select your provider and send a message. Its FAQ says patients can communicate with their care team through the portal according to the services included in their program, and the machine readable summary says eligible patients can communicate with their care team through the patient portal according to their program.

What that channel is for follows from the FDA-approved labels for the branded products, which describe treatment as something a provider manages over time. The Wegovy® label allows a provider to delay a dose increase if a dose is not tolerated, and the Zepbound® label says to consider a lower maintenance dose; both ask patients to report persistent nausea, vomiting or diarrhea promptly; both direct that the medication be stopped if pancreatitis is suspected. None of that works without a way to reach a clinician, and the portal is that way. The guides on this site to side effects, nausea, the first week of treatment and eating too little each end with the same list of reasons to message: a step that is not tolerable, a symptom that persists, a missed dose, a new medication or diagnosis, a planned pregnancy or procedure, or a question about measuring and storing your medication.

For anything severe, seek emergency care first and tell your provider afterwards. The portal is a messaging channel, not an emergency service.

## Treatment monitoring

Bodi Envi's machine readable summary says patients can receive ongoing treatment monitoring when appropriate, and its FAQ says that if you are prescribed, you have regular follow-ups through the platform to keep your care on track. The summary also states that treatment plans and doses may be adjusted only through clinical evaluation and provider judgment. That is the whole of what is published about monitoring, and this guide does not add to it: what a follow-up involves, and how often, is between you and your provider, and the program's own communications describe it.

One consequence is worth stating. Because dose changes happen only through provider judgment, and because Bodi Envi's pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength, the portal is where a dose question goes and the answer has no effect on what you pay.

## Cancellation requests

Bodi Envi's FAQ says you can request cancellation through your patient portal, by emailing info@bodienvi.com, or by calling the published phone number. Whether a refund follows is a separate question governed by the cancellation policy, which is the authoritative source. It states that once a provider-led review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled, though future orders and plans still can be, and that once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy no changes can be made. It states that dispensed medications are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, that a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, that no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans, that a dispensing concern goes to the dispensing pharmacy using the details on the prescription label, and that once a carrier confirms delivery the order is considered fulfilled.

Read the policy before choosing a prepaid plan, since the difference between a monthly and a prepaid commitment lives there, and send any refund request in the form and to the address the policy names rather than assuming a portal message meets its terms.

## What is not described here

Bodi Envi's published pages describe the portal's login, messaging, monitoring and cancellation requests. They do not publish a tour of its screens, and neither does this guide. If you are a patient and something in the portal is unclear, the care team message and the support contacts are the routes; if you are considering a program, the guide to starting with Bodi Envi describes what happens before a portal account exists.

Personalized Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which Bodi Envi's programs may include, are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products. Treatment is not guaranteed, a licensed provider determines whether it is appropriate for each individual patient, and this guide is general information and not medical advice.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where is the patient portal?

At patient.bodienvi.com. The login page asks for the email address associated with your Bodi Envi account, offers a password reset, and links to help for people who do not yet have an account.

### What can I do in the portal?

Bodi Envi publishes three things. Patients can communicate with their care team through the portal according to the services included in their program, receive ongoing treatment monitoring when appropriate, and request cancellation through the portal. This guide does not describe anything beyond what those pages state.

### How do I message my provider?

Bodi Envi's How It Works page says to log in, select your provider and send a message. The FAQ says patients can communicate with their care team through the portal according to the services included in their program.

### When should I message rather than wait?

For anything the labels ask a provider to know: side effects that persist, a dose that is not tolerated, a missed dose, a new medication, a planned pregnancy or procedure, and questions about measuring or storing your medication. Seek emergency care for anything severe, and tell your provider afterwards.

### Can I cancel through the portal?

Bodi Envi's FAQ says cancellation can be requested through the patient portal, by email to the general address, or by phone. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy, which requires a written request to the support email within the window it states after the provider review.

### Who do I contact if I cannot log in?

The portal's login page offers a password reset and a help link. For anything it does not resolve, Bodi Envi publishes its phone number and email address on its contact page.
