Refund Eligibility
1. Cancellation Policy
If a patient chooses to cancel their order after a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription has been issued, Bod Envi may issue a refund of the total amount paid minus a $50 professional consultation fee.
To be eligible, the patient must submit a written cancellation request via email to support@bodienvi.com
within 24 hours of the completion of the provider-led medical review.
Requests submitted outside of this window are not eligible for a refund.
2. Post-Dispatch / Medication Fulfillment
Due to the customized nature of compounded medications and in compliance with pharmacy and regulatory guidelines, all dispensed medications are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you believe there is a dispensing error or have concerns regarding your medication, please contact the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Dispensing pharmacy contact details are provided on the prescription label.
Replacement & Delivery Policy
Once a carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.
Bod Envi is unable to reship or replace medications that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a patient reports non-receipt of an order despite delivery confirmation, the patient will be required to place and pay for a replacement order. The patient may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any lost or stolen packages.
This policy is designed to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and fairness while maintaining the highest standard of care.
