Accessibility statement
Our commitment
Bodi Envi wants every visitor to be able to read this site, move through it and start care on it, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility.
What we do
Every page template is tested with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) against WCAG 2.1 A and AA before it ships, at desktop and phone sizes.
The site is checked by keyboard alone: every link, button, menu, accordion and form control can be reached with Tab and operated with Enter or Space, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are.
Headings follow a logical order, images carry text alternatives, form fields have labels, and colour contrast meets the AA ratio for text.
Content is organised in landmarks (banner, navigation, main content, footer) so screen reader users can jump between regions.
Motion respects your system's reduced motion setting.
Known limitations
Some parts of your journey run on services we do not build ourselves. The online health assessment at getstarted.bodienvi.com, the patient portal at patient.bodienvi.com, the LegitScript verification seal, Trustpilot and embedded video players are provided by third parties. We choose partners that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot guarantee their conformance.
