Three-month, six-month and twelve-month plans are paid in full at the beginning of the selected term. The monthly figure is shown for comparison. Medication is shipped 3 months at a time.
No insurance is required. Bodi Envi is a cash-pay program with transparent plan pricing. Eligible customers may also be able to use HSA or FSA funds.
No. Completing the intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider must determine whether treatment is medically appropriate. If a patient does not qualify, a refund will be issued.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider will determine whether a compounded treatment is appropriate based on your medical evaluation.
No. Pricing stays the same on all doses. Dose changes are included in the program price.
Patients can use HSA or FSA accounts. Bodi Envi is a self pay company and does not bill insurance. We can issue a superbill. Please reach out to info@bodienvi.com.
