Bodi Envi was founded by husband and wife team Ashley and Shaun Padgett with a simple belief: healthcare can be convenient without becoming impersonal.
Their journey to Bodi Envi didn't begin with telehealth.
It began years earlier, working directly with patients in traditional medical clinics.
From Local Medical Clinics to Telehealth
Ashley and Shaun have spent more than 16 years building and operating medical practices in Florida.
Through Padgett Medical Center, they have watched healthcare from the patient’s side of the front desk as well as the business side of running a medical practice.
They have seen patients arrive frustrated, hopeful, nervous, excited and sometimes simply looking for someone willing to listen.
Those experiences helped shape their philosophy: patients remember how healthcare makes them feel.
They value clear answers.
They appreciate accessibility.
They want to know there are real people behind their care.
Why Bodi Envi Was Created
As telemedicine became more widely available, Ashley and Shaun saw enormous potential.
Healthcare could reach people who were busy, traveling, living far from a clinic or simply preferred receiving appropriate care from home.
However, they also saw a challenge.
Convenience alone wasn't enough.
They wanted to create a telehealth experience that retained the responsiveness and personal attention they valued in traditional patient care.
Bodi Envi was created around that idea.
Built Around Real People
Technology is an important part of Bodi Envi.
It allows patients to complete assessments online, communicate securely with healthcare providers and manage their care more conveniently. Although, technology isn't meant to replace the people involved in healthcare.
Licensed healthcare providers remain responsible for clinical evaluation and treatment decisions.
Pharmacists remain responsible for dispensing prescribed medications.
The Bodi Envi team remains focused on making the overall experience as clear and supportive as possible.

Ashley has spent years helping build and operate patient focused healthcare businesses alongside Shaun.
Her experience working closely with patients helped shape Bodi Envi's emphasis on communication, accessibility and the patient experience.
Ashley has also spoken publicly through Bodi Envi about her own experience with weight management, giving her an additional personal perspective on many of the challenges patients face when trying to improve their health.
Her focus at Bodi Envi is helping create an experience where patients feel supported rather than processed.

Shaun has spent more than 16 years building and operating healthcare businesses.
His experience includes the operational side of medical practices as well as developing systems intended to make healthcare easier for patients to access and navigate.
At Bodi Envi, his focus includes the technology, operations and infrastructure behind the patient experience.
The goal is to make the complicated parts happen behind the scenes so that the patient experience can remain straightforward.
