Refund Eligibility
1. Cancellation Policy
Bodi Envi accepts cancellation requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com.
If a patient chooses to cancel their order after a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription has been issued, Bodi Envi is unable to cancel the order or issue a refund. Future orders and plans can be cancelled.
Once the provider sends the prescription to the pharmacy, no changes can be made. Any changes requested after this point are at the expense of the patient.
Once an order is placed, or a refill is processed and a shipping label is created, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Patients receive advance notification by text message and email before their refill is processed.
Patients who do not qualify for the program after provider review are refunded.
Partial refunds are not given on purchases of 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
2. Post-Dispatch / Medication Fulfillment
Due to the customized nature of compounded medications and in compliance with pharmacy and regulatory guidelines, all dispensed medications are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you believe there is a dispensing error or have concerns regarding your medication, please contact the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Dispensing pharmacy contact details are provided on the prescription label.
Replacement & Delivery Policy
Once a carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.
Bodi Envi is unable to reship or replace medications that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a patient reports non-receipt of an order despite delivery confirmation, the patient will be required to place and pay for a replacement order. The patient may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any lost or stolen packages.
This policy is designed to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and fairness while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Bodi Envi is a telehealth platform that connects eligible patients with licensed healthcare providers. Bodi Envi uses Wasef Health, PC as the clinical provider organization. Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners independently review patient information and make all clinical decisions.
