VialsRx, a 503A licensed pharmacy, dispenses and fulfills prescribed medications.
Bodi Envi does not manufacture, compound or dispense medication.

Four separate, separately licensed roles are involved in getting a patient from an online assessment to a filled prescription.

What Happens When Medication Is Prescribed?
If a licensed healthcare provider determines that prescription treatment is medically appropriate, the provider sends a prescription to VialsRx, a 503A licensed pharmacy.
The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing the medication according to the prescription.
After medication is filled, it is shipped to the patient's address.
What Is Bodi Envi's Role?
Bodi Envi helps provide the technology and administrative infrastructure connecting patients, healthcare providers and other appropriate participants in the care process.
Bodi Envi is not the dispensing pharmacy.
Bodi Envi does not independently prescribe medication.
Bodi Envi does not manufacture or compound medication.
What Is the Healthcare Provider's Role?
Licensed healthcare providers are responsible for clinical decisions. That includes:
Reviewing patient health information
Determining whether treatment is medically appropriate
Selecting treatment when appropriate
Writing prescriptions
Monitoring treatment
Making appropriate treatment adjustments
What Is the Pharmacy's Role?
VialsRx, a 503A licensed pharmacy, is responsible for functions associated with dispensing the prescription.
Depending on the medication and pharmacy, this can include:
Prescription processing
Medication preparation where applicable
Dispensing
Labeling
Packaging
Shipping
Pharmacy-specific medication instructions
Which Pharmacy Does Bodi Envi Use?
Bodi Envi currently works with VialsRx, a 503A licensed pharmacy, as a pharmacy partner.
How Do I Know Which Pharmacy Filled My Prescription? Patients should be able to identify the dispensing pharmacy through information associated with their prescription and medication. Look at:

Medication label
Packaging
Shipping information

What About Personalized Compounded Medication?
Some prescriptions may involve personalized compounded medication when prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider and permitted under applicable law.
Personalized compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
They do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Personalized compounded semaglutide is not equivalent to an FDA-approved semaglutide product.
Personalized compounded tirzepatide is not equivalent to an FDA-approved tirzepatide product.
Compounding pharmacies are regulated by the board of pharmacy for sterile compounding and required to follow United States Pharmacopeia standards.
What Should I Check When My Medication Arrives?
Patients should review:
Their name
Pharmacy name
Medication name
Concentration where applicable
Prescribed directions
Storage instructions
Beyond-use or expiration information where applicable
Packaging condition
