The short answer
Bodi Envi and Amble Health both publish self-pay prices for compounded GLP-1 medication and both say the price does not rise with dose, but they price it differently. As of September 2026, Amble’s GLP-1 injections page lists one flat rate that covers personalized compounded semaglutide and personalized compounded tirzepatide alike: $179 a month billed monthly, $160 a month on a three month plan, $145 a month on a six month plan, and $135 a month on a twelve month plan, with the page noting the pricing shown is for GLP-1 injections generally rather than broken out by molecule. Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, falling to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 a month billed monthly, falling to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, so the two molecules are priced separately. Amble’s page states no membership fees or hidden costs; Bodi Envi likewise has no separate membership fee. Everything below is taken from the two companies’ own pages, read on September 29, 2026, and nothing here is a judgement about either.

Published price
Bodi Envi’s Plans page publishes four terms for each medication. For personalized compounded semaglutide the monthly plan is $155 billed monthly, the three month plan is $145 a month paid as $435, the six month plan is $135 a month paid as $810, and the twelve month plan is $125 a month paid as $1,500. For personalized compounded tirzepatide the four figures are $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt adds that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.
Amble’s GLP-1 injections page publishes a single set of four terms that its own page says covers GLP-1 injections generally, without separating semaglutide from tirzepatide: $179 for one month, $160 a month on a three month plan, $145 a month on a six month plan, and $135 a month on a twelve month plan. The page also mentions promotional pricing that lasts only 24 hours from any price update, which this piece treats as a limited time detail rather than a standing term.
Both companies say the price does not change with dose. Neither publishes a per-dose breakdown on the pages read for this piece.
What the published price includes
Amble’s page lists what its price covers as the consultation, medication when clinically appropriate, supplies, shipping and ongoing clinical monitoring, and its homepage adds unlimited 24/7 support and states no membership fees or hidden costs.
Bodi Envi’s Plans page answers the question directly: the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping. Its llms.txt adds the condition that matters most: medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and completing an assessment does not guarantee one.
The practical difference in what is published is the molecule level pricing, which Bodi Envi lists and Amble does not, and the GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, which Bodi Envi lists and Amble’s pages do not mention.
Medications offered
Amble’s GLP-1 injections page covers personalized compounded semaglutide and personalized compounded tirzepatide under one price structure. It does not list a pill form, a microdose program or any brand name product on the pages read for this piece.
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It does not list brand name GLP-1 products.
Whether a pharmacy partner is named
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt says prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs are dispensed by VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, and that clinical services are provided by Wasef Health, PC.
Amble’s pages refer to prescriptions being filled by licensed pharmacies within its affiliated network, without naming one. The row reads not published.
LegitScript
This piece looked for a LegitScript certification claim on Amble’s homepage and GLP-1 injections page on September 29, 2026, and found none stated. That is recorded here as not published rather than as evidence Amble is not certified; a reader who wants a determinative answer can open the LegitScript checker link in the sources list and run it themselves. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com.
Published cancellation terms
Amble’s Terms of Service say purchases are subscription based and automatically renew, that enrolling commits a patient to a minimum of three consecutive months of service, and that after that commitment a subscription can be cancelled by emailing hello@joinamble.com at least 15 days before the next monthly processing date. Its refund policy says an order can be cancelled only before the medication is dispensed or shipped; if a refill has already been prescribed but not yet shipped, a $100 cancellation fee applies; and once a prescription has been dispensed, shipped, opened or used it is not eligible for refund or cancellation. Telehealth consultation fees are described as non-refundable regardless of whether a medication is prescribed, and an approved refund is reviewed on a timeline described in five to seven working days, then processed on a timeline described in ten to fourteen further working days.
Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by written request to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
Who might look at each
Someone who wants one flat rate that does not separate semaglutide from tirzepatide will find that on Amble’s GLP-1 injections page. Someone who wants a published price broken out by molecule, with a paid once total for a prepaid plan and a named pharmacy, will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone weighing a shorter commitment will note that Amble’s terms carry a three month minimum before cancellation is available at all, where Bodi Envi’s monthly term carries none.
How to switch
To leave Amble, its terms give one route: email hello@joinamble.com at least 15 days before the next processing date, once the three month minimum commitment has concluded. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment, after which a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate; completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Bodi Envi’s Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the cancellation terms quoted above.
