What this guide explains
Bodi Envi publishes its prices on one page, and this guide explains what is on it: the four terms for each program, what every plan includes, the rule that keeps the price the same at every dose, the arithmetic of the prepaid plans, and what the refund policy says about leaving. Every figure comes from the Plans page or the refund policy, checked in September 2026, and those pages are the authority if anything here and they ever differ.
Bodi Envi is a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and not a medical practice, pharmacy or medication manufacturer. Personalized Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which its programs may include, are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you, and no plan guarantees a prescription.
The two programs and their four terms
Bodi Envi publishes two GLP-1 weight-management programs, one for personalized compounded semaglutide and one for personalized compounded tirzepatide, each in four terms.
| Term | Personalized Compounded semaglutide | Personalized Compounded tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly, billed monthly | $155 per month | $229 per month |
| 3 months, prepaid | $435, shown as $145 per month | $657, shown as $219 per month |
| 6 months, prepaid | $810, shown as $135 per month | $1,230, shown as $205 per month |
| 12 months, prepaid | $1,500, shown as $125 per month | $2,100, shown as $175 per month |
The Plans page explains how to read the prepaid rows: multi-month plans are prepaid in full at the start of the term, and the monthly amount shown is the prepaid total divided by the number of months, given for comparison. The Plans page also lists lower dose programs for each medication; their pricing is on that page.
What every plan includes
The Plans page says every plan includes provider-guided care, medication when prescribed, support and discreet delivery, and its own questions section spells it out: the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping. Bodi Envi’s machine readable summary describes the same elements as the program: an online health assessment, review by a licensed healthcare provider, communication with the care team through the patient portal according to the program, and ongoing treatment monitoring when appropriate.
The Plans page states that no payment is required to complete the initial intake, and that treatment is subject to licensed provider approval. Medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and completing the intake does not guarantee one.
Why the price is the same at every dose
The rule that most distinguishes Bodi Envi’s pricing is stated in its machine readable summary: for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength. The FDA-approved labels for the branded products describe treatment as a dose that starts low and rises in steps over months, and the manufacturer of Zepbound® publishes a self pay price that rises with dose. At Bodi Envi, a provider’s decision to start low, hold a step, lower a dose or increase it has no effect on what you pay for your term.
That is why this site says the dose decision stays clinical. The provider decides, through Wasef Health, PC for applicable programs, on the basis of your assessment and your course, and the bill does not enter into it.
The prepaid arithmetic
Set against monthly billing over the same period, the prepaid terms save the following.
| Term | Semaglutide, prepaid | Semaglutide, monthly billing for the same months | Saving | Tirzepatide, prepaid | Tirzepatide, monthly billing for the same months | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 months | $435 | $465 | $30 | $657 | $687 | $30 |
| 6 months | $810 | $930 | $120 | $1,230 | $1,374 | $144 |
| 12 months | $1,500 | $1,860 | $360 | $2,100 | $2,748 | $648 |
The Plans page itself shows the twelve month saving for each program, $360 for semaglutide and $648 for tirzepatide, against monthly billing. Whether a prepaid term is worth it is not only arithmetic. A prepaid plan is a commitment paid up front, the clinical course is a provider’s to set, and the refund policy is where the two meet.
What the refund policy says
The refund policy is the authoritative document on cancellation and refunds, and it is short enough to read before choosing a term. Bodi Envi accepts cancellation through the patient portal or by written request to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled, and once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy no changes can be made, with any change after that point at the patient’s expense. Once an order has been processed or shipped, dispensed medications are non-refundable. A patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans. A dispensing error or concern about the medication goes to the dispensing pharmacy, using the contact details on the prescription label, promptly after delivery. Once a carrier confirms delivery the order is considered fulfilled, and Bodi Envi does not reship or replace an order the carrier has marked delivered.
Bodi Envi’s FAQ says a cancellation can be requested through the patient portal, by email or by phone. The policy is what determines refund eligibility, so a request that matters for money should take the form and the address the policy names.
Insurance, HSA and FSA
Bodi Envi’s programs are self pay. The Plans page describes it as a cash-pay program with transparent plan pricing and says no insurance is required. It adds that eligible customers may be able to use HSA or FSA funds, and the FAQ says eligible healthcare expenses may qualify for reimbursement depending on the expense and your plan, that eligibility should be verified with your plan administrator, and that a superbill can be requested by email. This guide does not say what any plan administrator will decide.
Questions people ask about the plans
Is there a separate consultation fee? No. The published price includes the provider review, and the refund policy does not deduct a separate consultation fee; it simply stops refunds once the review is complete and a prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
Is shipping extra? The Plans page lists discreet shipping among what every plan includes; the shipping policy is the authoritative source on rates and says charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
What happens if the provider does not prescribe? A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate for each individual patient, and treatment is not guaranteed. What happens to a payment in that case is a matter for the refund policy and the support contacts.
Can I switch between monthly and prepaid, or between medications? Those are questions for Bodi Envi’s support contacts and, for the medication, for your provider; the published pages do not describe a switching process and this guide does not invent one.
Are the lower dose programs priced the same? Their pricing is on the Plans page alongside the standard programs, and the same rule about dose applies.
Bodi Envi’s prices are as its Plans page stated them in September 2026 and can change; the page is the authority. This guide is general information and not medical or financial advice, and a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
