The short answer
Eden and Bodi Envi both publish self pay prices for personalized compounded semaglutide and personalized compounded tirzepatide, and the structures differ in one visible way. As of September 2026, Eden’s weight loss page lists personalized compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $199 a month, and its footnote says the price includes medication only, if prescribed, and that an active Eden Membership is required at $39 for the first month, auto-renewing at $99 a month, which is not included in the medication price. Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with no membership fee published beside it. Eden also lists brand name products with their own monthly prices; Bodi Envi lists none. Every figure below comes from the two companies’ own pages, read on September 22, 2026, and the piece draws no verdict.

Published price
Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. The llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.
Eden’s weight loss page publishes a treatment carousel with one monthly price per product: personalized compounded semaglutide at $99 a month, personalized compounded tirzepatide at $199 a month, Ozempic® at $1,399 a month, Zepbound® at $1,399 a month, Wegovy® at $1,695 a month, and Mounjaro® at $1,399 a month, plus a custom weight loss kit from $34 for the first month. The asterisk on the compounded prices leads to this footnote: price includes medication only, if prescribed; an active Eden Membership is required, $39 for the first month, auto-renewing at $99 a month thereafter; membership does not include or guarantee a prescription; medication is not available without a membership; the membership fee is not included. Eden’s Terms of Service, in the Eden Membership Program section, repeat the two membership figures and say both are disclosed at checkout. The page’s footer also describes a Same Price at Every Dose policy, with exclusions for new member discounts and specific plans.
Adding the two published Eden figures for a month after the first gives $198 for personalized compounded semaglutide and $298 for personalized compounded tirzepatide; the first month is $138 and $238 on the same arithmetic. Those sums are this piece’s addition of Eden’s own numbers, not a figure Eden publishes.
What the published price includes
Eden’s weight loss page and terms split what is included between the two charges. The medication price, per the footnote, covers medication only. The membership, per the terms, provides access to provider consultations, care team support and, where clinically appropriate, prescription medication management. The weight loss page adds that plans include the cost of the doctor’s visit, prescription medications and free shipping, that there is unlimited messaging with a care team, and that the membership includes access to a community chat.
Bodi Envi’s Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.
Medications offered
Eden’s weight loss page lists personalized compounded semaglutide, personalized compounded tirzepatide, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Wegovy® and Mounjaro®, each with a monthly price, and a custom weight loss kit. Its FAQ on the same page says physicians may prescribe FDA-approved or compounded medications based on patient needs, and repeats that the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety or effectiveness.
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.
Whether a pharmacy partner is named
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. Eden’s weight loss page answers the question What pharmacies do you work with by saying Eden partners with U.S. based, state licensed pharmacies that dispense medications according to provider prescriptions and applicable regulations, and it describes third party testing of compounded lots, but it does not name a pharmacy. The row reads not published.
LegitScript
The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row is not checked for both. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Eden’s weight loss page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.
Published cancellation terms
Eden’s Terms of Service carry the cancellation terms in two places. The general cancellation section says you may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings or by contacting customer support, that cancellations must be processed before the next scheduled billing date, that for the Eden Membership Program cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next renewal date, and that cancellations apply to future billing cycles and not to orders already processed or shipped. The Eden Membership Program section says you may cancel by logging in and navigating to Account Settings, then Membership, then Cancel Membership, or by contacting support; that the cancellation must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid the next charge; that the membership stays active through the last day of the current paid period; and that Eden does not issue refunds for partial billing periods. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, with two exceptions: if no prescription is issued after the initial intake evaluation, the $39 initial fee is refunded in full, and a documented billing error is refunded after verification. Eden’s separate Refund Policy adds that if a prescribed treatment becomes unavailable, the member may take an alternative or a prorated refund of the unshipped portion of a prepaid plan.
Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
Who might look at each
Someone who wants brand name Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound® or Mounjaro® from the same account as a compounded option, with a published cash price for each, will find all six products priced on Eden’s weight loss page. Someone who wants one figure with no separate membership line, and a published paid once total for a three, six or twelve month term, will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone whose provider does not prescribe will find each company’s published answer in the documents above: Eden refunds the $39 first month membership in that case, and Bodi Envi’s refund policy governs its own.
How to switch
To leave Eden, its terms give the in-account route, Account Settings, then Membership, then Cancel Membership, or an email to support, confirmed at least 48 hours before the renewal date. The Eden cancellation guide on this site covers that in detail. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the terms quoted above.
This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company’s own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
