The short answer
The main difference between these two companies, on their own pages, is what is published at all. As of September 2026, MEDVi’s homepage describes a GLP-1 program with clear pricing and says medication is included in the cost of the MEDVi Program, but it shows no price; the figure appears only after its assessment quiz, and its pricing, plans and FAQ addresses returned no page when tried. Bodi Envi’s Plans page publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with a paid once total beside each prepaid term. Both companies name their pharmacies: MEDVi lists three partner pharmacies with addresses, and Bodi Envi names VialsRx. MEDVi’s cancellation and refund policy is detailed and quoted below; Bodi Envi’s refund policy is its published cancellation document. Everything here is taken from the two companies’ own pages, read on September 22, 2026, and nothing is a judgement about either.

Published price
Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.
MEDVi’s homepage, which medvi.org redirects to, carries the words clear pricing in its feature row and the line medication is included in the cost of the MEDVi Program in its footer, but no dollar figure appears anywhere on the page read on September 22, 2026. The page’s calls to action lead to an assessment. Its cancellation and refund policy describes the subscription as a single price for the subscription purchased without stating it. Addresses that might have held a price list, at pricing, plans and FAQ under both of MEDVi’s domains, returned no page. Under this site’s rule for comparison pieces, a fact that cannot be read on the competitor’s own site is recorded as not published rather than taken from anywhere else, so the price row reads not published. A reader who wants MEDVi’s figure will need to go through its assessment or ask MEDVi directly.
What the published price includes
MEDVi’s homepage lists what it calls everything you need, included: a prescription to a GLP-1, one to one physician guidance, free dietician visits and care coaching marked with an asterisk that reads free to end users subject to insurance and copay eligibility determined at the time of the visit, 24/7 support, and shipping. Its footer says medication is included in the cost of the MEDVi Program. Its cancellation and refund policy says the subscription services include access to healthcare providers, medications where appropriate and online support, and that the single price may include consultations, provider reviews of medications fulfilled through a pharmacy, lab services or other healthcare services, and a 24/7 patient support line.
Bodi Envi’s Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.
Medications offered
MEDVi’s homepage describes its weight loss offer as doctor guided GLP-1 care and, in its footer, says its clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s, that compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy or quality, and that compound medications are dispensed by state licensed pharmacies. The same footer notes that Wegovy® is FDA-approved for weight loss and Ozempic® for type 2 diabetes in a trademark statement; the page does not say whether it prescribes those products, and it does not name semaglutide or tirzepatide as its compounded products. This piece therefore records compounded GLP-1 medications as the published offer and nothing more specific.
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.
Whether a pharmacy partner is named
Both companies name pharmacies. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. MEDVi’s homepage footer lists three partner pharmacies with street addresses and phone numbers: Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama; RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; and Beaker Pharmacy and Compounding in McKinney, Texas. The same footer says MEDVi is not acting as a pharmacy and does not produce compounded medications, and names OpenLoop Health and CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s as the networks that provide medical treatment.
LegitScript
The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. MEDVi’s homepage does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.
Published cancellation terms
MEDVi’s Cancellation and Refund Policy says the subscription begins once the intake form is completed and the first month is paid, and that a patient disqualified by its healthcare provider for a medical reason receives a full refund. Under cancellation, it says you may cancel at any time for any reason by contacting customer service at hello@medvi.org or through the chat feature in the patient portal, that the request must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date, that a request received later is charged for the current cycle with the cancellation taking effect on the following cycle, and that services continue through the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
Under refunds, the policy says a subscription cancelled by notifying support in the first 72 hours of the term, with no services received, is refunded in full; a subscription cancelled because a provider disqualifies you is refunded for charges following the disqualification; a subscription charged monthly is not refunded for the month of cancellation or any prior month; and a subscription charged two or more months at a time is refunded for the months for which no medication was shipped. The policy says federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications, and that damaged or incorrect items are replaced by the pharmacy.
Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
Who might look at each
Someone who wants dietician visits and care coaching listed in the program, with a chat route in the portal for cancellation, will find those on MEDVi’s pages, and will need to complete its assessment to learn the price. Someone who wants to see every price and term before giving any information, with a published statement that the price does not rise with dose, will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone weighing a multi month plan will find that MEDVi publishes a refund for months with no medication shipped, and that Bodi Envi’s refund policy publishes a window tied to the provider review instead.
How to switch
To leave MEDVi, its policy gives the email hello@medvi.org or the chat in the patient portal, at least 72 hours before the next billing date. There is no MEDVi cancellation guide on this site, so its policy is the reference. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the terms quoted above.
