Bodi Envi vs PlushCare: published prices and terms compared

Bodi Envi and PlushCare side by side on what each publishes: membership and visit fees, what is included, medications listed and cancellation terms.

The short answer

PlushCare’s weight loss page, read on September 22, 2026, describes a primary care model rather than a medication subscription: a membership, a visit with a board certified doctor, and a prescription, if one is written, sent to the patient’s own pharmacy and paid there. It lists FDA-approved brand name products and no personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, so this piece compares what PlushCare publishes with Bodi Envi’s personalized compounded programs without assuming a like for like product. As of September 2026, PlushCare’s membership is $19.99 a month with the first month free, its visit is $129 without insurance or a copay with in-network insurance, and its page says medication and lab costs are not included. Bodi Envi’s Plans page publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with the medication included when prescribed. Everything below comes from the two companies’ own pages and draws no conclusion about either.

PlushCare is a trademark of its owner. Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Saxenda®, Contrave®, Xenical®, Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Victoza® and Rybelsus® are trademarks of their owners.

Published price

Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

PlushCare’s weight loss and membership pages publish the same two part structure. The membership is $19.99 with the first month free, and the page says it offers 30 days of free membership. A visit is priced two ways: paying with insurance, the visit price is the copay, which the page says is often the same as an office visit and $30 or less for most patients with in-network insurance; paying without insurance, initial visits are $129. The weight loss page says prescriptions are provided at the doctor’s discretion and, if medication is prescribed, it is sent to your pharmacy of choice, with the cost of medication and whether a prior authorization is needed covered in its FAQ. Its FAQ tells patients to check whether their pharmacy benefit plan covers FDA-approved weight loss medications and says those medications usually cost about $1,000 a month out of pocket, with a PlushCare discount card described as saving some patients between 7 and 20 percent. No medication is priced on the page.

The two published structures are not for the same thing. PlushCare’s figures buy access to a doctor and a prescription; the medication is a separate purchase at a pharmacy under the patient’s own insurance or cash price. Bodi Envi’s figure includes the compounded medication when prescribed.

What the published price includes

PlushCare’s membership page lists what the membership provides: appointments available day and night, unlimited messages with the care team, a prescription discount card, discounts on lab tests, free memberships for family, and cancel anytime, with a note that PlushCare is in network with most major health insurance plans. Its terms say the membership fee covers non medical features such as navigation support, digital tools and lifestyle offerings, and that paying it is not a requirement to receive medical services. The weight loss page’s footnote says that if PlushCare is unable to treat you it provides a full refund, and that medication and lab work costs are not included.

Bodi Envi’s Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.

Medications offered

PlushCare’s weight loss page lists FDA-approved weight loss medications, Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Saxenda®, Contrave® and Xenical®, and type 2 diabetes medications, Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Victoza® and Rybelsus®, and says the diabetes products are covered by insurance only for patients with type 2 diabetes. The page does not list a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide product, and the word compounded does not appear on it, so this piece records PlushCare’s offer as brand name only. Its FAQ says PlushCare does not treat new patients with a normal BMI with weight loss pharmacotherapy unless outside records document previous obesity.

Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Bodi Envi’s llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. PlushCare’s weight loss page says a prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice and names none, which follows from its model. The row reads not published.

LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. PlushCare’s weight loss page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.

Published cancellation terms

PlushCare’s Terms of Use, under service use termination, say you may terminate your use of the PlushCare services at any time by contacting PlushCare, that a cancelled paid membership remains active until the end of the current term with no renewal, that no refund is issued if PlushCare terminates for breach, and that a pro rata refund of fees is issued if PlushCare terminates for another reason. Under membership fees, the terms say a fee change takes effect at the next billing cycle after notice, and that a member who does not agree may cancel before the renewal date. The membership page says cancel anytime and gives the phone number (800) 221-5140 in its footer; no in-account cancellation screen is described on the pages read.

PlushCare’s Refund Policy refunds the appointment cost, not membership fees, in four cases: PlushCare is unable to treat or assess you, connectivity issues prevent the consultation, the doctor does not appear in the ten minutes after the scheduled time, or state licensing prevents the consultation. It says an appointment booked while insurance verification is pending can be cancelled without penalty. It refunds nothing once any level of clinical assessment has occurred, including a visit that ends in lab tests, referrals or medical advice without a prescription. Prescriptions are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

Who might look at each

Someone who has insurance that covers a brand name GLP-1, wants a doctor visit billed as a copay, and wants the prescription filled at their own pharmacy will find that structure on PlushCare’s pages, along with primary care for other conditions under the same membership. Someone who wants a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide program with one published figure that includes the medication, and no insurance involved, will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone comparing total cost should add PlushCare’s membership, visit fee and the pharmacy price of the medication together, since its page lists each separately.

How to switch

To leave PlushCare, its terms say to contact PlushCare, and its pages give info@plushcare.com and the phone number, with the membership running to the end of the current term. There is no PlushCare cancellation guide on this site, so its terms are the reference. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the terms quoted above.

This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company’s own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
