The short answer
On the day this piece was written, Pomegranate Health’s own pricing page listed its two compounded GLP-1 products, tirzepatide with B6 and semaglutide, as sold out, with no price shown; the products it did price on that page, metformin, Contrave® and Rybelsus®, were listed at as low as a $0 copay. Its weight loss page says transparent pricing, no hidden fees and no membership requirements, and describes a clinician guided program using personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, but publishes no figure either. Bodi Envi’s Plans page, as of September 2026, publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with the medication included when prescribed. Pomegranate’s cancellation terms are detailed on its subscription terms page and quoted below; Bodi Envi’s are in its refund policy. Everything here is from the two companies’ own pages, read on September 22, 2026, with no judgement attached, and a sold out notice is a snapshot that can change.

Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.
Pomegranate’s weight loss page directs readers to a pricing page on its app domain. That page, read on September 22, 2026, listed five weight loss products. Tirzepatide with pyridoxine, described as B6, and semaglutide were each marked sold out, with no price beside them. Metformin, Contrave® and Rybelsus® were each listed at as low as a $0 copay, wording that points to insurance billing. The page carried a qualification note, that patients new to a GLP-1 must have a BMI of 27 or more with a comorbidity or 30 or more without one, and a shipping note for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Because no figure for the compounded products was on Pomegranate’s own site, the two rows read not published under this site’s rule for comparison pieces, and this piece does not take a figure from anywhere else. A sold out notice describes one day; a reader should check the page.
What the published price includes
Pomegranate’s weight loss page lists four short claims: a 100 percent online process, no membership requirements, FDA regulated pharmacies, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Its FAQ describes the sequence as an online intake, a virtual consultation with a licensed provider and, if approved, a personalized treatment plan with ongoing support, with prescriptions sent to a partner pharmacy. Its subscription terms refer to membership fees, a one time consultation fee and medication fees as separate things, and say all three are non-refundable, but neither page itemizes what any fee covers, so this piece does not.
Bodi Envi’s Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.
Medications offered
Pomegranate’s weight loss page lists personalized compounded semaglutide, personalized compounded tirzepatide, the oral Wegovy®, Foundayo™, Contrave® and metformin under weight loss, and its pricing page adds Rybelsus®. Its menu also lists longevity, women’s health and men’s health products, including sermorelin, NAD+ and other injections. The pricing page says compounded medications prescribed through Pomegranate are prepared by state licensed pharmacies and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for quality, safety or efficacy.
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.
Whether a pharmacy partner is named
Bodi Envi’s llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. Pomegranate’s FAQ says prescriptions are sent to a partner pharmacy and its pricing page says compounded medications are prepared by state licensed pharmacies; no pharmacy is named on the pages read. The row reads not published.
LegitScript
The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. Pomegranate’s weight loss page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.
Published cancellation terms
Pomegranate’s Subscription Terms say the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, weekly, monthly, six monthly, yearly or otherwise as chosen at purchase, until cancelled. Cancelling disables the automatic renewal, and access to the subscription features continues for the rest of the current period; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. For a subscription or trial bought on the website, the terms say to cancel by contacting support at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period. The terms also describe an in-app route: open the Profile page from the bottom menu, choose Manage Subscriptions, give a cancellation reason, click Cancel Plan and confirm. A $25 cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled in the 24 hours before they start. Under refunds, the terms say termination takes effect at the end of the current membership period, that membership and one time consultation fees are non-refundable, and that medication fees are non-refundable and non-returnable. Questions go to support@joinpomegranate.com. Pomegranate’s Terms of Service add that a dissatisfied member’s remedy is to stop using the services and cancel.
Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.
Who might look at each
Someone who wants oral options such as Contrave®, Rybelsus® or the oral Wegovy® from one account, or who has insurance that makes an as low as $0 copay figure meaningful, will find those on Pomegranate’s pricing page, and will need to check whether its compounded products are back in stock and at what price. Someone who wants a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide program with the price published for every term before starting will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone weighing refund terms will find that Pomegranate publishes none beyond the end of the period, and that Bodi Envi’s refund policy publishes a narrow window.
How to switch
To leave Pomegranate, its subscription terms give the Manage Subscriptions route in the Profile page or an email to support, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. There is no Pomegranate cancellation guide on this site, so its terms are the reference. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the terms quoted above.
