How to cancel

How to cancel a Found membership

What Found's help center and terms say about cancelling: the Cancel Membership link in Account Details, the support email, and what its terms say about refunds.

What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Found membership using only what Found publishes: the “How do I cancel my subscription?” entry in the Memberships section of its help center, and the cancellation and refund clauses of its Terms and Conditions, both read on September 22, 2026. Where a step is not documented on those pages, the guide says so. Read the linked pages before you act; they govern over any summary here. Found is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

First, find out how you signed up

Look at the merchant name on the charge. If it is Found, the membership is billed by Found and its own process applies. If the charge comes from Apple or Google, the subscription is billed through an app store and is cancelled there, because a company generally cannot cancel a subscription it does not bill. Found’s help center and terms describe cancelling in the app, in the online patient portal and by email, and say nothing about app store billing, so the statement is the way to tell.

Found’s help center also has a separate entry on whether memberships renew automatically, and its terms describe subscriptions as recurring, so assume yours renews until you cancel it.

How to cancel on the web or in the app

Found’s help center answer to “How do I cancel my subscription?” gives two routes. The first is self serve: click the “Cancel Membership” link on the Account Details page in the Found app or in your online patient portal. The second is by email: contact the customer support team at support@joinfound.com. The help center says the cancellation will be effective in 24 hours or less.

Found’s Terms and Conditions say the same thing in slightly different words: you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support, you can also cancel in the app by clicking the Cancel Membership link on the Account Details page, and the cancellation is effective in under a day.

So the practical sequence is: log in to the app or the portal, open Account Details, find the Cancel Membership link, and complete whatever confirmation follows. If you do not see the link, or you prefer a written record, email support@joinfound.com from the address on your account with your name and a clear request to cancel, and keep the reply. Neither page describes the screens after the link in detail, and this guide does not either.

How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your Found charges come from Apple or Google, cancel in that store. The steps below are Apple’s and Google’s own, from their support pages read on September 22, 2026.

Apple’s page “Cancel a subscription from Apple” says: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if needed. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Google’s page “Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play” says: on Android, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer, open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google says that after cancelling you keep access for the time you already paid for.

What Found publishes about refunds and billing

Found’s Terms and Conditions are the source here, and they are strict. The terms say that, to the extent permitted by law, subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. They say Found reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion, and that a refund in one case creates no obligation to do the same in another.

The terms do describe one situation specifically. If you cancel near the end of your billing period and are inadvertently charged for the next period’s fee, the terms say to contact support to have the charge reversed. That is the clause to quote if a charge posts right after you cancel.

On access, the terms say that upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, Found may immediately deactivate your access to the platform. Read with the help center’s statement that cancellation is effective in under a day, the sensible assumption is that you lose the app soon after cancelling rather than at the end of the period you paid for. Anything you want from the app, such as message history or records, should be saved first.

Found’s pages do not publish a notice period counted in hours or days before a renewal date. The only timing statements are the ones above: effective in 24 hours or less, and a reversal for a charge that lands inadvertently after a late cancellation.

How to confirm it went through

After using the Cancel Membership link, look for a confirmation email and check the Account Details page; if the link is gone or the page shows the membership as cancelled, that is the app’s own record. If you cancelled by email, the reply from support@joinfound.com is your record. Then check your statement on the next billing date. If a charge appears, Found’s terms say to contact support for a reversal, so send the dates and the confirmation.

For an app store subscription, Apple’s page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google’s says access continues to the end of the paid period with no further charge.

What to consider next

If your Found membership included prescription medication, the prescribing provider and the pharmacy label are the right sources on what to do with what you still have; those are clinical questions and not something a cancellation guide answers. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi’s programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its Plans page. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
