What this guide describes
This is a walk through the steps Bodi Envi publishes for starting a program, in the order they happen, with the pages they come from. It describes only what Bodi Envi’s own How It Works, Plans, FAQ and policy pages say, and it does not describe screens or timings those pages do not. Where a step depends on a decision, the decision belongs to a licensed provider, and this guide says so each time.
Bodi Envi is a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform that connects eligible adults with licensed healthcare providers for personalized medical weight-management care. It is not a medical practice, pharmacy or medication manufacturer. Personalized Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which its programs may include, are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products. This is general information and not medical advice.
Step one: the online assessment
Bodi Envi’s How It Works page describes the first step as answering a few questions in a secure online form, which helps the clinical team understand your goals and health history. The Plans page describes it as answering questions about your health history, goals and prior treatments, and states that no payment is required to complete the initial intake.
The questions are there because a licensed provider cannot decide without them. The FDA-approved labels for the branded products list contraindications and warnings a prescriber is expected to weigh, from a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma to current use of insulin or a sulfonylurea, pregnancy and planned pregnancy, and a history of pancreatitis, gallbladder disease or kidney problems, and the safety guide on this site goes through them. Answer the assessment completely and truthfully. A provider who does not know about a medication you take or a condition in your family cannot make a safe decision, and the decision is theirs.
Step two: provider review
Bodi Envi’s How It Works page says a licensed provider reviews your submission and may request clarifying information, and that everything is handled online. Its FAQ says that in most states the tailored treatment plan is delivered through secure chat, and that if a live visit is required you choose a video or audio call. Clinical services for applicable programs are provided by Wasef Health, PC; Bodi Envi’s machine readable summary states that licensed physicians and nurse practitioners independently review patient information and make all clinical decisions, and that Bodi Envi itself does not prescribe.
The outcome is not guaranteed, and Bodi Envi says so in several places. The How It Works page states that not all patients will be approved and that prescriptions are issued only when deemed appropriate by a licensed provider based on your health profile. The Plans page states that completing the intake does not guarantee a prescription. The machine readable summary states that completing an assessment or paying for a program does not guarantee a prescription, and that treatment eligibility, prescribed medication, dosage, pharmacy fulfilment and follow-up may vary by patient location and clinical evaluation. If the provider decides treatment is not appropriate, that is the process working as published.
Step three: prescription and dispensing
If the provider determines that treatment is appropriate, the How It Works page says a prescription is issued and sent to a pharmacy partner for dispensing and fulfilment. Bodi Envi publishes that its pharmacy partners are third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacies, that VialsRx is the current pharmacy partner for applicable GLP-1 prescriptions, that pharmacy availability may vary by program and patient location, and that your prescription label and care team will provide the pharmacy details that apply to your treatment. Bodi Envi does not manufacture or compound medications.
Which medication and which dose are the provider’s decisions. The published programs include personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and lower dose versions of each, and the machine readable summary states that treatment plans and doses may be adjusted only through clinical evaluation and provider judgment.
Step four: delivery
The How It Works page says your order ships to your door, and the FAQ says medication is shipped in discreet packaging directly to your home. The shipping policy is the authoritative source on delivery and this guide does not restate its timings. What it publishes that matters on arrival: a shipment confirmation email carries the tracking number; shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout; Bodi Envi does not ship outside the United States; and for an order damaged in transit, the policy directs a claim to the carrier, with all packaging and damaged goods kept before filing.
When the medication arrives, check it before you store it. The FDA advises not to use any injectable GLP-1 drug that arrives warm, and the first week guide on this site walks through what to look for on the package and the pharmacy label. The refund policy says that for a dispensing error or concern about your medication, contact the dispensing pharmacy promptly after delivery, using the contact details on the prescription label.
Step five: your care team
Once you are a patient, the channel to your provider is the patient portal. Bodi Envi’s FAQ says patients can communicate with their care team through the portal according to the services included in their program, and the How It Works page says to log in, select your provider and send a message. The machine readable summary says eligible patients can communicate with their care team through the portal and receive ongoing treatment monitoring when appropriate, and the FAQ says that if prescribed you have regular follow-ups through the platform.
That channel is where the questions in the other guides on this site go: side effects that persist, a dose that is not tolerated, a missed dose, a new medication, a planned pregnancy or procedure, or anything about measuring and storing your medication. The portal guide on this site describes what Bodi Envi publishes about it.
What it costs and what the policies say
Pricing is on the Plans page: personalized compounded semaglutide from $155 per month billed monthly to $125 per month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide from $229 to $175 on the same terms, the same at every dose, with every plan including the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and shipping. Multi-month plans are prepaid in full. No insurance is required, and the Plans page says eligible customers may be able to use HSA or FSA funds. The pricing guide on this site sets out the terms and the arithmetic.
Two policies govern the money. The cancellation policy accepts a request through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com before the provider review and prescription; once a provider review is complete and a script is sent to the pharmacy, the order cannot be cancelled, though future orders and plans can be, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. It states that dispensed medications are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, that a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, that no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans, and that once a carrier confirms delivery the order is considered fulfilled. The shipping policy covers rates, tracking and carrier claims. Read both before choosing a prepaid term, and take the policies as authoritative over any summary here.
Before you start
Have your health history, current medications and any relevant diagnoses to hand, because the assessment asks for them and the provider decides from them. Read the refund policy. Decide between a monthly and a prepaid plan with the policy in view. And know what you are and are not being promised: a review by a licensed provider, a prescription only if that provider finds treatment appropriate, medication that is compounded and not FDA-approved, and a care team you can reach afterwards. Treatment is not guaranteed, and individual experiences and outcomes vary. This guide is general information and not medical advice, and your provider is the person to ask.
