How to cancel

How to cancel a Henry Meds subscription

What Henry Meds' FAQ, help center and refund policy say about cancelling: the portal, the email and phone routes, multi-month plans, and what is final sale.

What this guide covers

This guide describes how to cancel a Henry Meds subscription using only what Henry Meds publishes: the “What if I need to cancel?” entry on its FAQ page, the help center article on who to contact about cancelling or reactivating, and its Refunds, Returns and Replacements Policy, all read on September 22, 2026. Where a step is not documented, this guide says so and gives the general route. Read the linked pages before you act; they govern over any summary here. Henry Meds is a trademark of its owner, and Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of theirs.

First, find out how you signed up

Check the merchant name on your statement. If it is Henry Meds, the subscription is billed by the company and its own routes apply. If the charge comes from Apple or Google, the subscription is an app store subscription and is cancelled in the store, because a company generally cannot cancel a subscription it does not bill. Henry Meds’ FAQ and help center describe the patient portal, email and phone, and do not mention app store billing, so the statement is the way to tell.

The second thing to know is your plan length. Henry Meds’ FAQ describes monthly plans and, for certain treatments, longer term plans, and the rules for a multi-month plan are different, as the refund section below explains.

How to cancel on the web

Henry Meds’ FAQ answer to “What if I need to cancel?” gives three routes and says you can use any of them at any time: cancel on the account page of the patient portal; contact the support team at ask@henrymeds.com; or call 909-787-2342. The help center article “Who do I contact for questions about canceling or reactivating my subscription?” gives the same two contact points, email at Ask@HenryMeds.com and phone at (909) 787-2342, for any inquiry about cancelling or reactivating.

So the self serve route is: log in to the patient portal, open the account page, and use the cancellation control there. The published pages name the page but not the button, and this guide does not describe screens it has not seen. If you do not find the option, or want a written record, email ask@henrymeds.com from the address on your account, stating your name and that you want to cancel your subscription, and keep the reply; or call the number and note the date, time and the name of the person you spoke to.

The FAQ adds one condition that applies before you press anything: if you are on a multi-month plan, you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance unless you are unable to continue for medical reasons as determined by a healthcare provider. That is the brand’s own statement, and it means a multi-month cancellation is a conversation about the balance, not just a click.

How to cancel through an app store subscription

If your charges come from Apple or Google, cancel there. These steps are from Apple’s and Google’s own support pages, read on September 22, 2026.

Apple’s page “Cancel a subscription from Apple” says: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if the button is not visible. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Subscriptions, click the subscription and click Cancel Subscription. On the web, sign in to your Apple Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, click Edit on the subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or an expiration message appears in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

Google’s page “Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play” says: on Android, go to Subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions; on a computer, open Subscriptions at Google Play, click Manage, click Cancel subscription, select a reason and click Continue. Google says you keep access for the time you have already paid.

What Henry Meds publishes about refunds and billing

Henry Meds’ Refunds, Returns and Replacements Policy is the document to read, and it sets a firm baseline. It says all prescription medications dispensed through its licensed pharmacy partners are final sale upon shipment, cannot be returned, reused or resold under state and federal law, and that except as the policy states or the law requires, no refunds, returns or credits are available for prescription products.

On subscription fees, the policy says they are billed under the terms accepted at enrollment and are generally non-refundable, that a billing error such as a duplicate charge is corrected by credit or adjustment, and that a discretionary refund in a rare case creates no ongoing right.

The policy then describes the medical discontinuation exception the FAQ refers to. If a patient on a multi-month subscription is medically required to stop therapy, Henry Meds may grant a prorated refund of prepaid subscription fees covering only the unused portion of the period, and eligibility requires documentation from a licensed provider stating that continuing is medically contraindicated. Medication already dispensed stays ineligible.

Two fees sit inside every refund calculation. The policy says Henry Meds collects a $30 medical consultation fee for each provider evaluation that results in a prescription, non-refundable once a prescription is issued, and that a reasonable processing fee may be deducted from any refund whether or not a prescription was issued. It also says requests for a replacement, refund or credit must be submitted through the patient’s account portal or by emailing Ask@henrymeds.com within the timeframes the policy sets.

Henry Meds’ public pages do not state a cutoff, in hours or days before a billing date, after which a cancellation applies to the following cycle. This guide therefore does not state one; cancel as early as you can before the date on your account.

How to confirm it went through

If you cancelled in the portal, check the account page afterwards for the subscription status and look for a confirmation email. If you cancelled by email, the reply is your record; if by phone, your note of the call is. Then check your statement on the next billing date. If a charge posts, Henry Meds’ policy says billing errors are corrected through a credit or adjustment, and that requests go through the portal or ask@henrymeds.com, so send the dates and your confirmation there.

For an app store subscription, Apple’s page says a cancelled subscription shows an expiration message, and Google’s says access continues to the end of the paid period with no further charge.

What to consider next

Medication you still have is a question for the prescribing provider and the pharmacy named on the label, not for a cancellation guide. If you are looking at another route to provider guided care, Bodi Envi’s programs connect eligible adults with licensed providers for personalized compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with pricing published on its Plans page. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
