Referral Program Terms
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms govern the Bodi Envi referral program (the "Program"). By requesting a referral code, sharing one, entering one at checkout, or accepting any Program benefit, you agree to them. They sit alongside the site’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to everything else you do with Bodi Envi. If these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about the Program itself, these terms apply to the Program.
1. Who runs the Program
The Program is a promotional offer of Bodi Envi, LLC ("Bodi Envi", "we", "us"). Bodi Envi is not a health care provider and not a pharmacy. The Program is run separately from any clinical service. Taking part does not create a provider and patient relationship with Bodi Envi.
2. Who can take part
A referrer must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years old, and a Bodi Envi patient who has placed at least one order.
A referred friend must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years old, and new to Bodi Envi, with no previous account or order.
Residents of California, Florida and Rhode Island cannot take part in the Program, as a referrer or as a referred friend. We determine residency from the shipping address on the account. Any code or credit issued to, or redeemed by, a resident of one of those states is void.
We may check residency and eligibility at any time, decline to issue a code, reject a code at checkout, or cancel a credit if a participant turns out to be ineligible. We may change the list of excluded states when the law or legal guidance changes.
3. How the Program works
An eligible patient may request a personal referral code from Bodi Envi. The code identifies the referrer and may be shared with eligible friends.
The referred friend. When a friend enters the code at checkout on their first order, $50 is taken off that order.
The referrer. After the friend’s first order ships, $50 is added to the referrer’s Bodi Envi account balance. The credit is applied to the referrer’s next order.
A referral is complete only when every requirement in these terms has been met and verified. Creating an account, requesting a code, or starting an assessment does not by itself earn any benefit. No benefit is issued for an order that is cancelled, refunded, or never ships, including where a licensed provider decides that treatment is not appropriate.
There is no limit on the number of friends a referrer may refer, unless we state one in a specific offer.
4. Codes and credits
A referral code applies only to a referred friend’s first order and only when entered at checkout. It cannot be added to an order after the order is placed.
Referral codes and referral credits cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, discount, or credit. If more than one offer could apply to an order, one offer is applied.
Referral codes and credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, or published on coupon sites.
Referral credit on a patient’s account expires if it is not used, on the schedule shown in the patient portal when the credit is added.
Taxes, shipping, and any fees that are not part of the order total are not discounted unless an offer says otherwise.
A code or credit does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed, dispensed, available, or appropriate for anyone.
5. What is not allowed
We may withhold, cancel, or reverse any Program benefit, and may end a participant’s access to the Program, if a participant:
creates duplicate, false, or misleading accounts, or refers themselves;
misrepresents their residency, eligibility, or any order;
buys, sells, or commercially distributes referral codes, including through coupon sites or paid advertising;
uses automated tools, scripts, or bulk messaging to generate referrals;
makes any false, misleading, or clinical claim about Bodi Envi, any medication, or any health care service when sharing a code; or
breaks the law, these terms, the Terms of Service, or another person’s rights.
Where misuse is suspected we may investigate before issuing or honoring any benefit.
6. Health care decisions are separate
Medical evaluation and prescribing through the Bodi Envi platform are provided by independent licensed providers, including Wasef Health, PC, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. None of them take part in the Program.
A referral code or credit is not payment for, and is not an inducement to choose, any provider, pharmacy, prescription, medication, or treatment. Every clinical decision is made independently by the licensed provider, in line with the law and their professional judgment, and the Program has no bearing on it.
7. Changes to the Program
We may change, pause, or end the Program, or any part of it, at any time. Where the law requires it we will give notice through the site, by email, or in the patient portal. A benefit that has already been issued and validly redeemed is honored under the terms in force when it was redeemed. No one has a right to a future referral or credit that has not yet been issued.
8. Privacy
Information collected to run the Program, such as the referrer’s name and email, the code used on an order, and the shipping state used to confirm eligibility, is handled under the Privacy Policy. We use it to issue codes, verify eligibility, track referrals, deliver benefits, detect misuse, and meet legal obligations. A referrer is not told which treatment, if any, a referred friend receives.
9. No warranties and limits on liability
The Program is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Program will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any referral or order will qualify for a benefit.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bodi Envi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and general terms
The Program and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Participants may not assign their rights under the Program. Headings are for convenience only.
Questions about the Program can be sent to info@bodienvi.com or raised with the care team in the patient portal.
