Bodi Envi vs WeightWatchers Med+: published prices and terms compared

Bodi Envi and WeightWatchers Med+ side by side on what each publishes: the Med+ membership price, what is included, medications and cancellation terms.

The short answer

WeightWatchers Med+ is a membership that pairs the WeightWatchers program with clinical care through its affiliated medical group, and its page says the cost of GLP-1 medication is not included. As of September 2026, the clinic page publishes $25 for the first month on a twelve or six month plan, then $74 a month on the twelve month plan or $84 a month on the six month plan, auto-renewing for another term at the same monthly rate. The medications it describes are FDA-approved brand name products, with the care team working to get them covered by insurance; no personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is listed. Bodi Envi’s Plans page publishes personalized compounded semaglutide at $155 a month billed monthly, down to $125 a month on a twelve month plan, and personalized compounded tirzepatide at $229 billed monthly, down to $175 a month on a twelve month plan, with the medication included when prescribed and no insurance involved. Both companies name a pharmacy. Everything here comes from the two companies’ own pages, read on September 22, 2026, and no verdict is drawn.

Published price

Bodi Envi’s Plans page lists four terms for each medication. Personalized Compounded semaglutide is $155 a month billed monthly, $145 a month on a three month plan paid as $435, $135 a month on a six month plan paid as $810, and $125 a month on a twelve month plan paid as $1,500. Personalized Compounded tirzepatide is $229 billed monthly, $219 a month paid as $657, $205 a month paid as $1,230, and $175 a month paid as $2,100. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt says that, for applicable programs, pricing does not increase based solely on dosage strength.

WeightWatchers’ clinic page and its compare plans page carry the same footnote: $25 for your first month with a twelve month or six month plan; after the first month, membership continues at $74 a month on the twelve month plan or $84 a month on the six month plan for the remainder of the plan term; the cost of GLP-1 medications is not included; and plans auto-renew for another twelve or six month period at the same monthly rate at the end of each term. The compare plans page summarizes Med+ as $25 for the first month, then $74 a month, GLP-1 medication cost not included. Neither page publishes a price for a month to month Med+ plan or a price for any medication.

The two published figures are not for the same thing. WeightWatchers’ membership fee buys the program and clinical care, with the medication billed through the member’s insurance or pharmacy; Bodi Envi’s monthly figure includes the compounded medication when prescribed.

What the published price includes

The clinic page says every Med+ membership includes the GLP-1 Success Program, and its compare plans page describes Med+ as access to medication, clinical care and comprehensive support. Its FAQ answers whether medication is included in the membership fee: for GLP-1 medications, no, but the care team works to get the medication covered by insurance and a copay may still apply; for non GLP-1 medications, yes, when filled through the mail order pharmacy partner. The page says all medical services are provided through the affiliated medical group, WeightWatchers Clinic, and that medication requires eligibility and a prescription.

Bodi Envi’s Plans page says the plan includes the provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized treatment guidance, ongoing provider messaging, a GLP-1 ebook and diet plan, and discreet shipping, in one price. Its llms.txt adds that medication is included only when a licensed healthcare provider determines treatment is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, and that completing an assessment does not guarantee one.

Medications offered

The clinic page describes FDA-approved GLP-1 options by molecule and brand, semaglutide as Wegovy®, liraglutide as Saxenda® and tirzepatide as Zepbound®, along with metformin and the naltrexone and bupropion combination, and refers to new oral GLP-1 pills including the Wegovy® pill and Foundayo™. The word compounded does not appear on the clinic page, and no compounded product is listed, so this piece records the WeightWatchers offer as brand name products with insurance support.

Bodi Envi’s llms.txt lists personalized compounded semaglutide programs, personalized compounded tirzepatide programs, micro dose versions of each, NAD+ injection therapy, and provider guided ondansetron support for eligible patients. It lists no brand name GLP-1 products. Its published disclaimer says compounded personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to FDA-approved products.

Whether a pharmacy partner is named

Both companies name a pharmacy. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt names VialsRx, a third party U.S. 503A licensed compounding pharmacy, as the pharmacy that dispenses prescriptions for its GLP-1 programs, with clinical services provided by Wasef Health, PC. WeightWatchers’ clinic page names Carepoint, at an address in Schaumburg, Illinois, as its mail order pharmacy partner for non GLP-1 medications, and says that for many treatment plans an approved medication can be delivered to your door, or otherwise a prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice.

LegitScript

The LegitScript website checker was opened for both domains on September 22, 2026. The checker presented a CAPTCHA before any result, and this site does not bypass those, so the row reads not checked for both companies. Bodi Envi’s llms.txt describes it as a LegitScript-certified U.S. telehealth platform and links the checker for bodienvi.com. The WeightWatchers clinic page does not mention LegitScript. The checker links are in the sources list.

Published cancellation terms

WeightWatchers’ cancellation page, headed Manage Your WW Membership, says that if you would like to cancel or switch your membership you can do it through the link on that page, and that you can always contact the company through 24/7 chat for assistance. Its help center article, read for the batch B cancellation guide, says the easiest and fastest way to cancel is online through that link after signing in. The cancellation page then states when a cancellation takes effect: for multi month Commitment Plans, at the end of the Commitment Plan period, and afterwards at the end of the membership month in which you cancel; for pre pay Savings Plans, at the end of the initial plan period defined by the plan purchased, and afterwards at the end of the membership month; and for standard one month plans, at the end of the membership month in which you cancel. The page links the WW Refund Policy without restating it, so refund terms are recorded here as published on a separate page that this piece did not read. The Med+ footnote adds that plans auto-renew at the end of each term.

Bodi Envi’s cancellation policy accepts requests through the patient portal or by email to info@bodienvi.com. Once a provider-led medical review has been completed and a prescription issued, that order cannot be cancelled; future orders and plans can still be cancelled. Once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, no changes can be made, and any change after that point is at the patient’s expense. Dispensed medication is non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, a patient is refunded if they do not qualify for the program after provider review, and no partial refunds are given on 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

Who might look at each

Someone who wants the WeightWatchers program alongside a brand name GLP-1 billed through insurance, with a care team that handles the coverage work, will find that structure on the clinic page, with the medication cost outside the fee. Someone who wants a personalized compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide program with one published figure that includes the medication, and no insurance involved, will find that on Bodi Envi’s Plans page. Someone weighing a commitment should note that WeightWatchers publishes six and twelve month plans that auto-renew and end only at the end of their period, and that Bodi Envi’s prepaid plans are paid once for their term with refund terms set by its refund policy.

How to switch

To leave WeightWatchers, its cancellation page gives the link on that page after sign in, or 24/7 chat, with the effective date set by plan type. The WeightWatchers cancellation guide on this site walks through that. To start with Bodi Envi, complete the online assessment; a licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription. The Plans page has the current prices and the refund policy has the terms quoted above.

This comparison is general information, not medical or legal advice. Each company’s own pages govern over any summary here, and both change; the sources list gives the pages and the date they were read.
